For this location to be as new as it is the preparation of food is mediocre.also you have a couple of GROWN women here who act like 7 years olds making customer service difficult.do yourself a favor and go to the location on koger center boulevard much better

Ladies at the register were GREAT. What needs improvement is allowing employees to smoke in front of the store front glass. Don’t know why but it gives me a bad feeling about how my food is handled. APPEARANCES ARE EVERYTHING!

Arrived at 9:58 entered to an employee telling me they weren't open . Didn't bother adding that they opened in 2 minutes so not knowing the opening time then I left only to notice the 10 AM time posted on the door. Very helpful NOT

I usually don't have issues with this specific location. But when my husband came home with my order the chicken sandwich was overcooked. Very rubbery I could hardly chew it. The fries were delicious as usual. But man that chicken sandwich was awful

I love going to this location and they usually have great service but this time when I got my sandwich it came almost completely covered in not normal mayonnaise but expired mayonnaise that was yellow in color and warm to the touch and not to mention the fries I ordered with the sandwich which came cold and soggy at the bottom of the bag with no bag to hold them. This kind of service is unacceptable, it will be a long time before I purchase another food item from this place.

I wound up with food poisoning was very disappointed...I hate knocking it as it's fairly new but delivery was forever and I couldn't eat it... just got the two piece with biscuit and Mac n cheese... Biscuit was dry and hard and chicken tasted greasy and funny/ I threw it away.... Mac n cheese was just gross. Proceeded to get ill within 6 hrs . Maybe if I went there and dined in - it might have been a different experience.... I might try again after I can stomach the thought. Sorry Popeyes I REALLY wanted a great experience. Two stars as trying to think this was a "one off"
