this is the WORST fast food restaurant i have EVER been to. The food is great most of the time consistent, but the service oh the service it makes this restaurant more like a sit down restaurant rather than fast food. I came in through the drive through at around 2 on a sunday with one other person in line, i order my food and it takes 20 MINUTES for the guy in front of me to get his food. It would have been acceptable if it was busy but when i am the only other guest in line it’s unacceptable. When i got to the window i was greeted by the potent smell of weed it literally almost made me gag, while i dont care if you smoke weed when that’s the thing you smell at your business rather than the great food you have an issue. The cashier said abt 2 words to me which were Hi and bye he just stuck out his hand for my card didn’t say my total didn’t confirm that i actually had an order or anything just took it and paid. I than proceeded to wait about another 8 minutes for my food AFTER i waited 20 minutes in line for the guys informs of mines food. what were they doing between the 2 orders? probably getting high in the back. I sent in a complaint online and got a call for the manager and explained my complaints. She was great very understanding but then after i didn’t respond for about 3 seconds yes 3 seconds you hung up the phone. I than received a call back around 20 minutes later. This location is the WORST fast food place in the area AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fries was small. Tenders was seasoned well but the breader was somehow kindy soggy. Coleslaw wasn't available.... Visited during dinner but will visit again during lunch.

My first time being there and it would be my last ordered my food got to the window three of the workers were laughing and talking like it had no customers upon giving us our food he forgot the drink by the window and still continued with their conversation customer service sucks

I said sub toast and slaw for fries. Did not. Their toast is horrible in my opinion. Wish my order could just be done correctly.Edit: manager talked to me and is being resolved.

The chicken fingers are plain as dirt...no seasonings. I see why you get a lot of dipping sauce...the chicken tastes like processed meat...nasty. Overpriced for what you get. They do not know how to prepare chicken before you cook it. The sauces are cheap tasting like most fast food restaurants...nothing spectacular. The crinkle fries are cheap $ store frozen fries...not good either and overpriced.

Cane's is one of the best fried chicken I've ever eaten! The chicken is very juicy and always piping hot!!Parking: There is a small parking lot that is shared with another restaurant. Tight parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes, lots of kids in the restaurant.
It's just fried chicken fingers and fries. The chicken was hot, but slightly overcooked, not seasoned well and a little tough. I can at least say, "been there and done that." I would recommend the place because everyone has to decide for themselves.

We love Cane's in general. The food is great and they're known for having really good customer service. The other day, we went through the drive-through, and unfortunately, Madison is pretty rude. We asked a simple question, and she spoke to us like we were stupid. The rest of the encounter was pretty negative. I hope she was just having a rough day and reflects on her actions. Stay blessed ?
