My wife and I were satisfied with the taste, presentation, quality, and quantity of our orders. Honestly, we weren't expecting to be as satisfied as we were due to past experiences. This particular Red Lobster surprised us and made us want to come back. We hope our experience here will be consistent with future visits at this Red Lobster.
The food was good but it was not great and for the price it should have been. Service was slow but they only had 2 waitresses working so I cannot blame them.
Once we got seated it took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks and then they were wrong food came steak was tough couldn't finish it. I should have known better to get steak from a seafood restaurant.

My husband and I came here from Virginia Beach to visit my son. I was disappointed I asked for a Caesar salad they said they had none. My husband and I wanted a baked potato. Well NO SOUR CREAMThe waitress told us she told her friends not to come in on a Sunday they run out of items. It was around 4:15 very disappointed. I decided to take the order to go. The coconut shrimp was not the bestThe red Lobster in Virginia at Lynnhaven Pkwy is great never a problem

Had 5 pm reservations. At 545 we were told it'd be a longer wait because the kitchen was behind. On top of that, watching other tables sit and wait without food, drinks, etc. This is beyond deplorable.

Wanted to patronize a local restaurant that I had not been to in a while. Waited about 2 minutes, no hostess came to greet my party. A few waitstaff saw us and said nothing either so we left. When staff look at customers and say nothing or not even smile, I take that as a sign the customer service is lacking.
