We love going to River City Dinner. It’s a staple for our family and many others in the area. Being a family with young kids, we especially love going on Wednesday nights for “Kids Eat Free” - 2 free kids meals per adult (kid’s meals are for ages 10 and under and includes a drink). They serve breakfast all day - so, you can enjoy anything on their menu at anytime. I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad experience here. The waiters/waitresses are all very friendly and accommodating. We’ve gone with just our immediate family of five, with extended family members, large groups and as a couple. You can’t really go wrong eating here.
This is a perfect 50's diner. You don't come across them much anymore. The food was perfect and the service was great. Wonderful diner experience.

My fiancée, pup and I stopped by because we had a craving for milkshakes. The old-fashion milkshakes were expectedly delicious. We were surprised that our two favorite meal items were hush puppies and the chunky monkey Belgian waffle!! The candied pecans made the waffle a star.
