About 6 weeks ago, we ordered online for curbside service and tipped very well in advance. The order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Once we arrived, we were told there would be a delay due to the pasta. 45 minutes later we were told we had to go in as there was no curbside? Once we get home we realized we didn't receive what we ordered and the pasta was barely warm. I've called the manager, Tina, multiple times and always promised I'd receive an email to with gift card to compensate for the bad experience and still no resolution. Ridiculous!
The food was wonderful. thanks to the bartender our drinka a were on point
Getting rid of all the things I like. Endless salad bar inplace of one side up grade of 2 or 3 dollars. Green beans and some other things
I went here for lunch and the food was amazing and the service staff was incredibly nice it was a wonderful experience!
Every time is a great meal. The food is always good. The salad bar is top notch. One of the managers, Tina, always checks on us with a smile and a warm hello! We love this place!!
It's not like it used to be. There wasn't any energy. The salad bar was lackluster. Waitress seemed untrained. Less than 10 customers, yet it took over 20 minutes to get a bowl of soup.
Service was great! Ribs were better left over (twice cooked) that fresh. We'll go back, but maybe pick chicken next time.
We enjoyed the food, steak was over cooked but it was still in my ok range. No where near rare like I asked for. Pineapple upside down cake was awesome... service was extremely slow.
Generally, this would be my 1st choice next to Olive Garden for consistent service. But lately its dull. Sirloin just brought it home for my Rotti. I couldn't eat it. Single serving of salad had brown edges on some of it. That 2as a waste. I. usually get the salad bar type guy. Again, this never happen before so...
At lunch on Saturday my family was the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress was nice, food was hot and fresh. My son who owns his own business looked me in the eye and said, "This business is leaking money." I wonder how much longer they will be able to stay open.

Very disappointed with a new change due to the Corona Virus you no longer get the salad bar with your meal,It now cost $4.99 plus tax,we had the 12 oz.Ribeye steak.Mine was grizzle and tough my wife's was good she said.She also had a baked potato and a garden salad that was fine she said.I had mashed potatoes and broccoli.The mashed potatoes were the best part of my meal and the broccoli was broccoli.
Hubby and I were huge fans— WERE! When RT opened for take out during quarantine, we were so glad!! First 2 times were slow, but understandable. The third time was a disaster and not handled properly at all. We waited 25 minutes past our given pick up time. When we finally got our food, my husbands debit card was not returned. They were out of the basics. The salad bar had no cucumbers and only basic lettuce. They should have mentioned this beforehand.....
It was definitely pretty good. Nice to go out to a restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. But the salad bar did have some things on it that I would have been afraid to try. It looked as if things may have been sitting for quite a while which is understandable during a pandemic.
Went with a COUPLE of WILD FRIENDS. The FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!! THE SERVICE WAS EVEN BETTER. WAITRESS WAS A CUTIE. TOO BAD MY BOYFRIEND COULDN'T "PULL DAT" LOL ? BUT GREAT SERVICE & WONDERFUL FOOD
