Ruth's Chris Steak House

The wait staff was too short and our waiter appeared to have too many tables; he was very busy whole time. The plates fit the portions but no room to slice or to fit servings from sides. When I sliced into my lamb chop , grease spattered onto my blouse. An anniversary dinner for that price point should have been more intimate. Was seated at a table for 4 instead of 2. Dessert menus were laid down and complimentary desert for anniversary was not presented until after we had declined desert and we were waiting for check. From time check was asked for, took 40 mins to walk out.

As usual our steaks were cooked to perfection! Service was excellent with a nice atmosphere of classical music in the background. We will be back!

Overall, it was very good, as expected at all of the Ruth Chris restaurants that I have been to. We tried something new, the bone in filet, which was just okay, according to my husband. The flavor was good, but it was tough ( surprisingly) near the bone. Maybe it is supposed to be that way, but we were surprised. Everything else was fantastic, and we will be back.

Our server Bobby gave excellent service, and I enjoyed the pianist, however, the food quality was majorly lacking. I was so disappointed with the appetizer's, sides, and steaks. That being said, we didn't even bother to order desserts. Calamari was a very small portion with more fried batter than anything. Side portions were smaller than I remember with lacking flavor. Ordered 3 ribeyes, 1 NY strip. Only 1 out of the 4 steaks were good. The other 3 were bad cuts and tough. All were cooked at medium. Very disappointing especially for the price $$$$$.

I have visited Ruth’s Chris many times previously and have always had great experiences. However, tonight I was extremely disappointed in our experience. The service was extremely slow (we waited for our check for ~30 min). Our dinner for 2 people took 2.5 hours, with lots of waiting in between courses. In addition, my meal was brought out incorrectly. However, the food was excellent once I received the correct meal.
The main reason for my disappointment was due to the fact that the restaurant did not have a baby changing station in the bathrooms. I have never been to a restaurant/public place that did not have a baby changing station. This meant that during our $300 meal I needed to walk out to the parking lot to change my child in the car. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. I brought this up with our waitress and she said she would speak with the manager. The manager never came over. Next time we will visit a restaurant that is more accommodating.

Ruth Chris is great for us when we are celebrating something special. The attention to detail is spectacular. Steak is always perfect. Love going here - always a special treat.

This is where we have our McDonald's Christmas Party. The food is great, the drinks are awesome and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We have a great time every year.

Steak had no flavor and the medium temp steak was over cooked. Lobster Mac and cheese also had no flavor. Very bland food and underwhelming experience. Will not be coming back and do not recommend. Elisabeth, our waitress was amazing.
