My family and I made reservations at Ruth’s Chris to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Our servers name was Brad. I had him before in the past and he was excellent and accommodated everything we asked for. Everyone enjoyed their food once some minor issues were addressed. I would definitely recommend Mr Brad as your server if you visit the Midlothian Va location.

My girlfriend and I came here for our anniversary, we had a great time. We highly recommend, this place it’s pretty sweet. Brad took care of us, he was awesome and took care of our every need. He even gave us a cheesecake to celebrate our anniversary, exceptional service, delicious food, and a great experience. Thanks so much Brad! Give this man a raise because he made our first experience at Ruth Chris unforgettable.

Food was great and so was the service. Sarah did a great job remembering all of our names and Timothy was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything came out as expected and we will definitely return. Thank you.

Overall the experience was nice, we were disappointed in our steaks. They were both well undercooked.

Went for my wife's birthday. The staff made it a memorable experience. Terrific service, great ambiance, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for any special occasion or just a special night out with someone special.

Celebrated our 43rd anniversary & Ruth's Chris did not disappoint. Wait staff was attentive, food & drink made just right. I had the lamb chops which I'm usually hesitant to order out especially given the $60 price tag. These are marinated overnight. I let the chef choose the temperature. Medium was just right. Mint jelly on the side seemed off putting by the teal color but it turned out mild & complimented the lamb. The strip steak was cooked medium rare. Both meats came out on very hot sizzling plates & stayed warm while eating. Asparagus was a good balance to the meats. We had plenty without adding other sides. When choosing a fine meal out on occasion & expecting quality foods it will be pricey but worth it here.

Celebrating our daughter's 21st Birthday! Atmosphere was nice! Food delicious. Server mistakenly served our daughter an alcoholic beverage instead of the requested mocktail 😳overall everything was very very nice

Went for the prix fixe menu and it was very good. The salads were huge so we didn't finish, nor were they the best. But everything else, including the steak, was very good. The side size was much larger than expected, easily sharable. The cheesecake was fantastic. And our waiter was very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend this deal

I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the service and food was. It has been several years since I had been there and it was excellent!
