The Manager’s response was “ I don’t get it”!The day before our reservation for 4, I took a small round floral arrangement and asked for this to be on our table for my mothers 87th birthday.. Upon arrival the flowers were at the only open end cap of a Tight Rectangle table, the other end butted into a wooden divider. All was good until entrees arrived. The celebration gift of flowers were removed from our table and set aside at a nearby empty table!! At this point it was too late to be asked to be seated elsewhere . Perhaps whomever does seating chart may have considered how to keep the flowers on the table throughout our meal. Especially since I made a special trip to have them there THE DAY BEFORE and not expect the staff to accommodate the flowers upon arrival!!!!The manager said “ I don’t get it”, and Nothing else. By the way, this was 6pm on a Sunday w multiple open larger SQUARE tables all around us even after our meal. We saw the manager walk by without any acknowledgment or coming to the table ever and asking were we enjoying everything. Any time prio a manager has always checked in on the table. When I asked for a manager he was retrieved from sitting in the Bar area!!!In the future if you find yourself at this table with or without flowers, make sure to sit someone next to the wooden divider that doesn’t mind banging their elbows up against the wall. I had to use a steak knife to cut through my baked potato side. It tasted like it was reheated from the night before. The warm pink center steak order arrived warm red….we all know what happens if you send steak back for further cooking, needed a saw to cut the bone in filet! If you’re going to split the house chopped salad, split it yourself. They served it split and we each had 4 small bites. Point being order the whole split yourself since their split was shockingly small. I know times have changed, but having Flemings and Perry’s nearby they couldn’t have such a clueless disrespectful staff. At this point even if it was delicious food it doesn’t matter..

It had been 6 or 7 years since my last time eating at Ruth's Chris and after this visit I'm already making my next reservation. The food was excellent as always but the service is why I will be going back soon, Sarah was amazing!

Happy hour is only served in the bar area, which only has the high bar stools. I have health issues and was not able to get up on the chair. Said that was the only seating they had. Not very accommodating. What do you do if someone comes in a wheelchair, can they not sit there either. I think they need to offer other seating arrangements for seniors, disabled and handicapped. Went to the restaurant next door (Hard Shell). Food was good, prices were better and the service was excellent. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT EVER GO BACK.

Have eating here several times, food was always delicious. However, last visit was for Thanksgiving buffet. It was terrible and definitely not worth the price. Id recommend a regular visit but a hard pass on "special event/holiday" menus.That seafood tower is FANTASTIC!

Everything was wonderful; food, server, and the experience as a whole was top notch! I even loved that they acknowledged my friend's birthday in a sweet way with birthday confetti on the table and the servers made her feel special too!! The apps, main course & dessert were all amazing!!!
Dan was Great! Friends were great company. Food was extremely excellent! I keep coming back to this place no matter where else I go. Chop is out of this world. Not to mention the casserole!
Our date night was simply amazing! Haven't been to Ruth's Chris in some time and husband's first time there - it was nothing short of amazing! Kailey our server was great, confident, and well versed in what they offered. Every dish was well prepared and taste great, so compliments to the chef! Worth every penny spent, and the ambiance was so classy and dinner perfect. The salmon and shrimp with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were pleasing to the palate. Loved that the had a large wine be choice especially sweet options and our fav Aqua Panna water!Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian

My first visit to Ruth Chris Steak House. It was everything I expected. I could not resist getting the friend oysters along with a baked potato. Both meals were delicious and prepared perfectly. And all were hot meals. The service is top-notched; from the friendly welcoming from the hostesses to our server Jack. Jack has a pleasant personality and is very attentive to his customers. I have to also mention the attendants who assists in refilling water, tea and clearing our table of finished dishes, also very pleasant and attentive. Pianist started playing which enhanced the already cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Ruth Chris Steak House for an excellent dining experience.

The perfect restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. The service was outstanding, the food superb, and the cocktails excellent. The noise level is low, even when at capacity. Ruth's Chris never disappoints.
