I don’t know why this place isn’t more often in conversion about best Indian in Richmond! Idk about the Tandoori dishes but everything else is divine - get the paneer Makhani and lamb korma with a side of roti.

Absolutely incredible. The best Indian food I have had in a very long time. Their butter chicken is amazing, and their samosas are absolutely fantastic. Their naan was the softest most pillowy I have ever had. I am already dreaming of my next piece.I am so excited to have discovered this restaurant and it is absolutely an instant favorite.

Really delicious food along with a cute interior and good service. Tried the aloo tikka chaat, samosa, mustard chicken, curry. Everything was delicious. Mustard chicken is great for a hot day. The spicy chili naan has a slow burn. Definitely going back. So happy to have found this spot, give it a try!

Such a gem in Midlo! The food is excellent, and they can make it as mild or spicy as you like. Even the iced tea has flavor. The service is so friendly, and they've done a wonderful job making the inside colorful and cheery. Great for both lunch and dinner.

Based on the reviews we thought it would be delicious. The vindaloo was basically overpriced tomato sauce w chunks of overcooked lamb. When we asked if they can make it hot (ie 8 of 8) came back slightly better but certainly not hot. Lacked spices & flavor (clove, star anise, even onion). Chef came out and said he’d do it again (3rd time) but how many times do we have to go through this after clearly stating what we wanted from the start. Also had the garbanzo beans ($14.99) dish from Northern India. Was tasty but way overpriced, esp for a lunchtime meal. Do not recommend.

Real Indian food. The dishes go from chicken, beef, goat and vegan. Creamy to savory to mildly spicy to spicy. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I ordered through uber eats. This is my new go to for indian on south side, it is sooooooo good and the extra hot was the perfect heat with loads of flavor. I had the corn saag and tandoori shrimp, both amazing.*one time update for feedback: today I ordered one of my usual dishes, shrimp saag indian hot, and I received mild and very oily and black/terrible tasting spinach sauce that was so disgusting it was inedible. It had a foul, slimy taste as if very bad spinach and no seasonings were used. It had zero spices, not even ginger or mild spices, I think they actually forgot to add a single spice. In addition saheb usually uses jumbo shrimp that are really high quality but today they used dry baby shrimp and my entire order had 3 tiny bany shrimp that were mealy. I believe I was served either leftover or sonething off of a food bar. It was actually the worst palak/saag I have ever had from any restaurant which was shocking coming from saheb. It actually scares me to ever order from here again after steadily ordering fir over a year and loving it bc it was just so bad. I ended up having to throw away the entire meal because it was actually truly inedible and maybe even dangerous. The shrimp were actually stinky.

The weekend lunch buffet is wonderful: tandori & butter chicken, curry goat, paneer tika, and more! I enjoyed the attentive service in this clean, attractive restaurant. The warm naan and freshly brewed chai complete this experience.

This was my time visiting and everything was amazing! The naan is over the moon and the lamb is worth the drive alone. We will be back!
