We had a group of six and had made reservations a week in advance and when we arrived on time we were told we could only eat outside, in the freezing cold. We asked 3 times to be moved inside after waiting an hour and when we finally got a manager he had no explanation nor offered a solution. They were very unprofessional and we paid for our drinks and left. The place seemed nice but we had a terrible experience with them.

This most recent visit to Sedona was very good and quite a bit better than on previous visits. Our server was very attentive and accommodating and the drinks and food were on point.

I unintentionally upset a “regular” who sits at the ba I unintentionally upset a “regular” who sits at the bar at Sedona daily with his wife, who has dementia. I tried to apologize. He left. Afterwards, all of the regulars AND the bartender, Brittany, came after me in a verbally abusive manner. I got my check and left. Sitting outside one of the people came out that was sitting at the bar SPIT on me! I tried to speak to a manager, Chuck. He wouldn’t listen. I have sought my lawyer’s advice. Never have I been so fearful. Shame on you Sedona and Chuck

My mom is allergic to wheat and gluten and they do so well with making sure her allergies are taken care of. I love their chuckawalla chicken. And the toddler lover the kids pizza.

The air-conditioning has been broken for over a month. It's 78 inside. I will not return until it's fixed. It's unacceptable to not fix the air-conditioning and expect customers to keep coming. Do better.

The restaurant has unfortunately declined in quality. On our last two visits—one of which was for a birthday celebration—we ordered the salmon, and on both occasions the meals were diminished by the absence of their signature lemon sauce. Service has also been inconsistent, with wait staff taking orders and then becoming difficult to locate. Most recently, we paid for an order of rolls that arrived completely frozen in the center. We once frequented this establishment and often brought guests for special occasions, but it is no longer on our list of regular dining choices. With so many excellent restaurants available, it’s disappointing to see how far this one has fallen from its former standards.

I recently went here and was very impressed by the experience I had here. I was greeted by the host Alyssa which showed me great hospitality. Afterwards the server which I wish remembered his name treated me very well and got everything in a timely manner. Food was very good

Not sure what is going on with Sedona but my family’s last experience was not great. The service was friendly but not very attentive. We only saw our wait staff four times in the almost two hours we were at the establishment. The food took a long time to arrive with no explanation and no drive from management to want us to return. The food itself was just acceptable as it was not the temperature range that I would have anticipated having waited such a long time. My family probably will wait awhile before returning to this establishment, but I hope that management improves the overall drive for customer retention as we observed other customers visibly less than satisfied.
