Second time we have been to this restaurant. Food is delicious no doubt about it. But service on the other hand is another story. Both times I’ve ordered a second drink and both times the drink has been forgotten. Our server this night did not come back to check on our table grated it was very busy. I ended up asking a food runner for a second drink which I had to ask the original server if it was even put in the system. No apologies for the wait and no have a good evening when leaving. I won’t name drop the server but think that better training in the future could resolve issues like this in the future.

Absolutely delicious! Pepperoni hot honey pizza and to die for mozzarella logs! Yum! I will say we ordered pick up over the phone and whoever took our order was very impatient. You could tell that they were super busy, when we arrived to pick up our order again again, everyone was super stressed out and the place was packed, which is a good sign. It means their food is good but expect to wait.

We arrived at 3:15 PM on Valentine eve. Expecting about 16 people. There were not many people in the restaurant and we did not have a reservation. Our waiter, William approached us and told us that we should move to the main dining room because we were going to cost him $750 in revenue because he would not get enough tips from us. We did not move and we approached who I think was a co-owner. We asked to add another table or more chairs and they refused. They told us we had a two hour limit and then we must leave. All of us ate and drank and had nice bills and tips. Very, very disappointed in management. I still can’t understand why we were treated so badly!

The customer service was bad, the staff were impatient and rude during me coming in to order for the first time, to order a to-go order. The Lady rushed me to make the order while I was reading through the menu. We dont eat pork but beef was not an option and no substitutions was allowed on the pizza, which was the first I ever heard of as a Veteran and well traveled. At pick up the staff was extremely rude as well. The ambiance was nice. The pizza tasted okay but the crust was extremely burnt.
