We are regulars here for lunch and we order their delicious pizzas from time to time as well. They offer daily soups, great apps like the meatballs, and we often get sandwiches or subs for lunch. They also have a good wine list, plus lots of beers and at least 1 cider on tap. (Please keep a Bold Rock cider 🙏🏻 for us non-beer drinkers 😁) Looking very festive for the holidays as well, so that’s fun! If you haven’t been here before, give this locally owned gem a try.

Messed up my food like crazy asked for a steak and cheese with only cheese and lettuce on it and I got tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese. When I went in to tell them the sub was messed up I got disrespect back. Didn't even get my refund. Won't come back again

Picked up pizzas, lasagna and desserts, to go. Everything was fantastic! Food was fresh, service was friendly and quick. (And we were walk-in’s)! The decorations added a wonderful touch. We will be back with family soon!

We weren't impressed with the food, service or atmosphere to be honest. They charged us extra for everything ... we needed more marinara sauce for the cheese logs we ordered and they charged us $.99 ... extra dressing for my salad, another $.99. The milkshake was $10 and one of the worst I've ever had. Our waitress wasn't very friendly or attentive, especially given that it was 4pm and we were her only table. There are a lot of good Italian restaurants in the area so we won't be back to this one. I definitely didn't appreciate being nickle and dimed for every little thing and then told it's because they're a small family owned business so they have to🫤

Met a friend here for lunch, had a great time, food was good as was the service. Portion size is very large, we both only ate half of our meals.
Disappointing as of late. The food is typically a dependable 7.5 out of 10. The service, however, is either great or very mediocre. I don't normally stress that, but they recently started trying to strong arm you into tipping 20%, 25%, or 30%. The result seems to be a growing acceptance of the mediocre side of things. Rather than trying to force the patrons to help increase the servers income, they should pay their servers more and let the server's service get rewarded as appropriate. Feels like management finagling things to keep more profit and avoid increasing their servers' pay. Maybe not. Who knows. That said, there are a ton of restaurant options in the area so I'll likely avoid Sergios for a little while. Maybe they'll get back on track.

I ordered online and was given a time of 4:20 which was about 30mins. I show up and they tell me it'll be another 10mins which I was fine with. The young lady ask me my name after the 10mins then came back and said it'll be 10 minutes. Now I'm still here coming up on an hour for my pizza as I watch other people show up and get their online orders. Plus the cheese logs I order have been setting for the extra 30mins because that was done at 4:20.

I had a bite of my sisters pizza yesterday and it was so good. I order ordered today and mine was burnt sadly. Wings are also flavorless. I had high hopes but atleast It was fresh.
Update. Ate the rest of my food later and microwaved it. Ngl it was a 10/10 idk if the seasonings marinated or not. Its still burnt but doesn’t taste burnt now lol real good
