We were hungry for pizza so we decided to give Sergio’s a try. Chase greeted us and was our waiter as well. I had a 10“ pizza and wings with an Oreo cannoli for dessert. Our waiter was fast and efficient. He knew the menu like he wrote it. We will definitely be back to try out some other menu items in the future. Thank you Chase for excellent service.

I never buy pasta when I’m out because it seems like a waste of money. However, the Greek Spaghetti was a nearly religious experience and a perfect blend of fresh flavors. Unbelievably fantastic!!Service, staff, experience was all wonderful, but I just can’t get over how good the food was!
Have ALWAYS loved Sergio's ! We have celebrated family birthdays there over the years and when asked by anyone new to town Best Italian/Pizza place. I proudly say "Sergio's. You can't and won't go wrong by going there. Also, the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen at a restaurant. That tells you right there how an establishment is handled.

This is my favorite pizza in Midlothian! The New York style pizza is awesome and every now and then we get the Detroit style which is also amazing and different. Best lasagna I’ve had in Richmond.

I had a Detroit style pizza with mushrooms, olive, and onion. It had a crisp crust, and it was warm and delicious.
Waited a min for a waitress to help us but after that she was great..had hot chicken wings wow really good..pizza always good..been before and portions are huge..wife had Alfredo said better than that olive place..

Wait staff was super nice but this was by far the worse food I’ve ever eaten. We had a party of four and no one ate their food. The cheese steak sub tasted like vinegar. The spaghetti was bland. The chicken tenders were dry. I was eager to try this place out due to the crowd. Maybe they have good pizza but unfortunately I won’t spend another dime. $85 waisted…..

This was our first time here. Waitstaff was pleasant and attentive. All the orders were correct and the bathrooms were clean. The food overall was good. I did have one issue. I ordered the seafood Alfredo. Shrimp, scallops and clams. I subbed the clams for scallops. It all came out exactly as I asked. The problem I had is the scallops are not genuine scallops. They were a mass produced fake scallops that had recently been introduced to the US market. Think real crab versus imitation crab. The texture is different and because it's different seafood parts compacted together the cook on them is different too. I order scallops a lot when we go out and I cook them for myself frequently, so I'm very familiar with what they should be like. Again, this was absolutely the only issue. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very friendly and we would definitely visit again and I'd just skip the scallops.

Check your order before accepting!! We had a delivery from Sergio’s via door dash. After the driver departed, it was discovered that one pizza was NOT the one we ordered. It had sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, etc. This, of course, does NOT work for vegetarians! Very disappointing. To make matters worse, it was impossible to get through on the phone - 20 minute wait & then gave up. We understand that Sergio’s is a popular restaurant & it occurred during peak hours. But, how were we to get through to Sergio’s in a timely manner if atall? The one pizza that we ordered that had the correct ingredients was delicious (hence the two stars versus one), but the other was a bust. One person ate one slice of the large pizza & sadly, the rest was thrown out- the one meat-eater didn’t care for the sausage.We don’t have the receipt so are resorting to this review. $80+ dollars for essentially one pizza & mozzarella sticks is just not right. All in all a disappointing experience.
