This place was awesome when it first opened. Since it opened it has had an issue with its drink service. Their coke machine is always out of service. Plus when you get your drink you have to figure out which drink is yours and the server doesn't even know which drink is yours. Their French fries are now tasing a little cardboardy.

Just came here to say this literally has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Do not come here if you are looking for a quick meal! You will be waiting for your overpriced food for 20+ minutes.

First time ever here, and it was terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back. I waited 15 minutes after my order was ready to receive my food from the employees. I made eye contact with 3 different employees and no one would help me!? they completely ignored me when I said ‘excuse me’ to ask for help with my online order. Save your time and go elsewhere

Food was made quickly but incorrectly. The portion sizes you get for what you pay isnt worth it. The $5 and some change shakes are literally the size of kid cups. The $4 and some change a very small basket of fries. Burgers/BLTs were $6-$7 and very small as well. I would recommend going to 5 guys. More food for your money and tastes better too
