The best Thai food I have had locally. I have never been to Thailand and can't comment on authenticity but the food is credibly spicy with heat while retaining vibrant flavor. I eat here regularly and have not found a dud on the menu, but highly recommend any of the duck, noodle, or curry dishes. The papaya salad is a winner as well. I miss the lack of seitan on the menu, but that is the only thing in my wish list.

Siam Paragon used to be a go-to spot for us, a reliable source of delicious Thai food for years. We consistently ordered the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, both of which were consistently flavorful and satisfying. Unfortunately, our recent visits over the past six weeks have left us with a sense of disappointment. It seems something has shifted, perhaps a change in management or ownership. Here's what's concerning:Shrinking Portions: The portion sizes of our beloved dishes have noticeably decreased.Missing Protein: Previously, the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles included protein. Now, there's an additional $1.00 charge for chicken. However, the "chicken" upgrade amounted to a meager amount - barely 4 thin pieces per dish.Ignored Instructions: We specifically requested no lettuce or tomatoes in the Drunken Noodles, but our request was disregarded.Overall, the quality and taste of the food have suffered significantly, while the portion sizes have shrunk and the price has gone up. This combination makes Siam Paragon no longer a good value for money. Sadly, based on these recent experiences, we won't be returning and can't recommend Siam Paragon in its current state.

I ordered this on my lunch break and it took about 25 minutes to be ready. I ordered the Drunken Noodle and it did not disappoint. It was full of flavor, and the veggies were not over cooked and still had some bite(which I prefer). I ate it so fast that I didn't take a picture lol. The only downside is all my noodles were clumped up. Almost as if they were cooked too long? But I still ate it all anyway! Would recommend!

Everything we had was tasty. Surprised to see a few Indian and Chinese items on the menu. They were out of samosas so we got crab rangoon.

This place is a ghost kitchen for Thai Peanut Vegan on Uber Eats and unfortunately, they don't know what vegan means as they chose to put eggs in what were supposed to be vegan entrees.

The interior isn't posh, by any means, but the food is great!! Drunken Noodles all the way, and Crispy spring rolls are a great way to kick off the meal. I am sure the rest is good too if my meal was any indication!!

Despite only having two other tables occupied in the whole restaurant the only two interactions I had with our server was when she took our order and brought our food out. Ordered the Tom Yum soup with shrimp and the shrimp tasted rotten. I asked to take that off the bill. They did , no questions asked. The host was most accommodating, one star for him and another star for taking an item off the bill. Hire a new waiter that takes their job seriously and maybe check the date on your shrimp

Atmosphere was not great, but the service was wonderful. Food was average, I got the paid Thai and the spice level was just perfect but overall flavor was just average. Would return but not my first choice.

Extremely disappointing portion size for the money I paid on DoorDash.Capital Thai, Esann Thai are much better deals and I don't even consider either of these to be top tier Thai or particularly great deals either but reasonably priced for how much you get.Pad Krapow delivery contained mostly visible sauce (broth? Because basically if there's this much liquid in proportion and so little solid, you're giving me a soup) and very little solid breaking the surface in the bowl, which means...where's the food???

Waited an hour in the restaurant after driving 40 minutes for a call-in order. Kept being told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. Do not WASTE your time or money here.
