This is my go to Starbucks when I'm in or near Westchester. Customer service rates above 5 stars and beverage accuracy is up there too. NOTE While there is also a stand alone store in this shopping center their parking is horrific and customer service is merely okay.

Left for my morning commute early to stop here and treat myself to some Starbucks. I waited at the counter from 9:00-9:15am… Not a single person was covering the counter the entire time. Ended up getting to work late because I had to stop elsewhere for coffee. I get people not caring at all about their customer service jobs, but leaving the counter unattended for 15 minutes when the shift only started 2 hours ago is pretty wild.

This is by far the best Starbucks around! Amanda is amazing and so is everyone else I have encountered here. My order is always right and even when an item is out of stock the staff (specifically Amanda) has gone above and beyond to make a drink for me that I like. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!!

This review goes purely to the wonderful drink I had. Hey.. green tea (with a pump of mint), I just want to say thank you. After a really really long day of school, and a very crazy thanksgiving break, you were all I needed. All day I felt my stomach turning, and that at any moment I may throw u- well you get the point. I asked the barista for the best cure for a stomach ache- and she recommended you. My life was changed during this emotional reset and left a burning impression in my mind, as I quite literally burned my tongue on the boiling liquid (but that’s okay, I forgive you). After slurping you up, my stomach was, surprisingly, cured. So, thank you mint green tea, you are so special. ❤️

I have 7 years of sales experience in the food and clothing industry combined. Kayla E. Has been a professional and wonderful person to see at this Starbucks. First, she helped me when I had crutches and she didn't have to. Second, I also witnessed her train a newer person and she was very good at doing so while multitasking. Third, today when I ordered my egg white bites, she mentioned to me that a spoon is better with this product and gave me a spoon instead of a fork. Such actions show that she is not only a great employee but she puts much thought into her work.

Ordering the same drink every morning for 10 years plus, I know when it is not right. More often than not lately, I want to send it back. Lucky for them, I always use the drive thru so I don't go through the trouble.
