This is my go to Starbucks when I'm in or near Westchester. Customer service rates above 5 stars and beverage accuracy is up there too. NOTE While there is also a stand alone store in this shopping center their parking is horrific and customer service is merely okay.
This is by far the best Starbucks around! Amanda is amazing and so is everyone else I have encountered here. My order is always right and even when an item is out of stock the staff (specifically Amanda) has gone above and beyond to make a drink for me that I like. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!!
This review goes purely to the wonderful drink I had. Hey.. green tea (with a pump of mint), I just want to say thank you. After a really really long day of school, and a very crazy thanksgiving break, you were all I needed. All day I felt my stomach turning, and that at any moment I may throw u- well you get the point. I asked the barista for the best cure for a stomach ache- and she recommended you. My life was changed during this emotional reset and left a burning impression...
