Didn’t have time to go back so stopped at Westchester Starbucks and told them and said I don’t mind paying for it again because it came from a different store. They said no need and remade it for free and it was perfect. Thank you so much!!

I was in a very interesting case and was met with a very unkind environment. I went through the drive-through to ask for a large water because On my drive home, my partner got the stomach bug. I didn’t have any money to make a purchase on something that was not necessary at the time so I just asked for a large water so he could be hydrated on the way home. I would have just gone somewhere else, but then she proceeded to say that she would let it go this time for my circumstance, and I greatly appreciated it. I have probably been to Starbucks twice in my entire life and I proceeded to tell her that that was not me and I’m sorry that she was mistaken. She proceeded to roll her eyes and say “yeah sure” and walk off. I won’t ever be coming back.

I ordered a trenta pink drink with strawberry purée through mobile order. I was the 3rd car in line and it took me 20 minutes to reach the window. Then and extra 7 minutes for them to make my drink. Literally no strawberry purée! I had paid extra for. I had places to be and already was pushed back waiting damn near 30 minutes. 2 stars for them being nice but service was poor and the making my drink was not accurate.

My five stars is only for the barista/cashier. Owen in drive-thru was very professional and patient. I didn't know what I wanted and he didn't rush me at all. He even helped by making suggestions. Even asked what I usually get. Even when I decided what I wanted he remembered to ask if I still wanted the same add-on. I appreciated the patience and help. Normally, when I go to starbucks or any beverage place, I am treating myself, and I like to have a good experience. Thanks Owen's you are very good at your job, and as a customer, I really appreciate you taking the time to assist. By the way the drink was good so I will try this one again.
My friends and I came to get a sweet treat after a long day of moving! This was about 2 weeks ago on August 31st! The girl who helped us in the drive thru was so so sweet!! She was working alone that night and I wish I would have remembered her name! She was wearing a striped shirt and had short hair! I’m sorry for forgetting your name but you were so so nice and helpful! I offered to tip her but she couldn’t accept since it was against company policy which is a bummer! She made the most incredible drinks for us that night! This location has always been the best!!

So this place is trash worst service Ever!! I ordered a pumpkin spice and buddy at the window ( definitely not white because my car is White and he clearly isn’t the same color more like pale/peachy skin ) Caucasian guy takes payment doesn’t greet me or say thank you hands me two drinks filled up only 75 percent and lukewarm. Eww YUCK !

Careful if you are short on time . 14 minutes after I ordered my coffee, I asked if my order was almost ready. The gentleman, that took my order, said my order just came up (there was activity in the drive through but no one in line in the store). 5 minutes later I see the barista place a coffee on the bar but she didn’t call out a name. I wait a little bit before I ask and I get a nonverbal nod (seemed annoyed out how would I really know that). I haven’t looked at the bathrooms but hold on a second, ok, I looked, you probably wanna go somewhere else.
