They left a drink off of my online order and then tried to tell me that I was wrong about the third drink. He changed his tune when I pulled my order up on my phone. The drink tasted "off" when I finally received it.

A uncaring employee failed to adhere to Starbuck’s paper cup in cup policy (per the staff), so that I could barely lift the cup out of my car before it collapsed, spilling hot coffee all over my lap and the interior of my vehicle. An obvious total lack of caring, intelligence and/or poor training! Will go to the location nearby and avoid this level of incompetence from now on.

1:50 pm ordered a coffee and a chai latte, inside the restaurant and not at the drive through. After watching people who entered and ordered after us getting served, and after reminding the staff we were still waiting, we got served at 2:15 pm. Won't be back.

This is a nice location in the middle of lots of shopping in the Westchester Shopping center. Drive thru or pick up inside, lines usually move fast. They make my cappuccino perfect ?and don’t mind giving me water for my doggies. The staff is always friendly and laid back! See you soon! ❤️

Very slow service. Mobile order took 11 minutes for a shaken espresso (states 3 to 6 minutes on the app). Only one person making drinks when there were 5 employees total, no wonder it is sloowww drink service. Team effort would make it faster, I felt bad for the one lady making all the drinks by herself.

Store sign lists open till 8:30 yet a very rude girl yells at me that they are closed when I walk in at 8:02 pm. When I state the obvious (sign says 8:30) she says yeah no we leave at 8:30 and we have to change the sign. By far the worst customer service I've ever received.

I hate going to the drive-through because the young staff are so rebellious in their appearance and nature that it comes across as purposeful and enjoyable to them and to the owners of Starbucks. As an older person who generally likes people of all ages, I think that the visceral reaction I have to this can't be too uncommon. As my visit has upset me so much, I am determined not to return.
