First off, this isn’t a real Starbucks. It’s a stand within the Kroger.Service was slow and they seemed annoyed at having to stop doing dishes to make drinks.Drinks were made poorly. From the taste of it they don’t clean the syrup pumps often and change them between flavors. My cold brew also tasted old and stale.Avoid this place.

I went to this Starbucks with my friends today and the line was already really long we considered leaving but stuck around anyway. The guy at the register was really nice but had no idea what he was doing. It took so long for us to get our drinks, We ordered four and they got two of them wrong. They over charged me and I wouldn't recommend going here. I'm not planing on going to this Starbucks location again and I really wish I could get my money back.

I spent a weekly nice amount of money in Starbucks. But ms. Anna with her attitude back makes me go shop to a different store. Simple order multiple times and always a problem. Unbelievable. You should train these millennium kids better!!

Because the location is in the Kroger where I shop, I have often purchased a coffee to sip while I shop, prolly not again. My complaint is not with trainees but with seasoned staff. Done and done.
