First off, this isn’t a real Starbucks. It’s a stand within the Kroger.Service was slow and they seemed annoyed at having to stop doing dishes to make drinks.Drinks were made poorly. From the taste of it they don’t clean the syrup pumps often and change them between flavors. My cold brew also tasted old and stale.Avoid this place.

I went to this Starbucks with my friends today and the line was already really long we considered leaving but stuck around anyway. The guy at the register was really nice but had no idea what he was doing. It took so long for us to get our drinks, We ordered four and they got two of them wrong. They over charged me and I wouldn't recommend going here. I'm not planing on going to this Starbucks location again and I really wish I could get my money back.

The employees are always very kind & professional. To give a thanks to kindness. My daughter and I were in line yesterday at Starbucks & not sure who the person was in front of us but thank you for paying for our drinks. Your kindness led me to pay it forward. This is something we need now. Thank you!!!

I spent a weekly nice amount of money in Starbucks. But ms. Anna with her attitude back makes me go shop to a different store. Simple order multiple times and always a problem. Unbelievable. You should train these millennium kids better!!
Quick service, friendly staff, clean store, drive thru moves quickly. This is a very busy location and managed well, staff interactions display that. The size of this store is also a larger size, more room to sit and enjoy your beverage.

A chain grocery store that I normally do my groceries at and I just wanted to make a review about this particular store because I was really unsatisfied with its status compared to the other Kroger's I've been to. First, stockage of products is poor in my opinion. If you walk through the aisles, you'd see a lot of empty spaces where products have yet to be stocked. I've been to this location three times before I decided to post my review to make sure I wasn't wrong or maybe I was there just at a bad timing, but a lot of products seem to be out of stock often. Second, the nuts & seed dispenser seems to be hardly kept in check. Labels are out often, most times I would just fill my bag and memorize the code to give to the cashier. Third, just like Walmart, this place has a lot of check out stations, but only 3-4 would be open at most even when there's a lot of customers. I personally don't find that efficient and no one really likes to wait in a long line. Everything else seems to be fine. Parking was never an issue & cleanliness seemed better than the average super market.

Parked by lot is very congested all the time. This location seems to have associates that don't like people! Very unfriendly staff, which comes from management. The managers in this store will walk past you without saying anything. Customer service desk only staffs it with the rudest. Always empty shelves as well.
