This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area—until today. We arrived around 1:50 PM on Sunday and noticed a change in the staff taking orders. Unfortunately, the person at the counter was unexpectedly rude. While placing two simple orders and asking about size options, we were met with impatience and dismissiveness. We tried to brush it off and continue, but her attitude only worsened.
In the end, we chose to leave without ordering. If someone dislikes their job, that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on customers. I hope the manager addresses this, because it’s disappointing to see such a great location lose its welcoming atmosphere.

Don’t bother going inside if you want to work. The WiFi does not work. When I inquired about it, the staff told me it doesn’t work for them either

This is one of my favorite locations. The one Starbucks who gets my drinks right almost every single time. Lately I’ve been getting the grande iced brown sugar oat milk espresso .. it is so good every single time 🫢🫢

Love this Starbucks. By far the best one in town. The staff and atmosphere is great. We came on a Tuesday afternoon and ordered a drink which was amazing. We drank our drink and went back up to get a cake pop which the lady ended up giving us an extra. 2 cake pops. Best Starbucks

I got a free cake pop at the end of the day because the barista didn’t want them to go to waste!! Amazing service; she was soooo nice! Drinks were great and so were my cake pops! I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

Ryan at the drive thru truly made my day today! She is always vibrant and so nice! She remembered my order and everything I need on the side as well. It’s those qualities that make someone not only love Starbucks but return because of amazing service🤍. Thank you Ryan for making my morning/day :).

Overpriced a large cup and a small cup hold the same amount of coffee. Workers were arrogant. And the atmosphere was like you the customer was an intrusion on there day

If I could select half of a star, I would. One of the baristas can not make hot chocolate to save his own life. I'm not sure what kind of training he received, but we ordered 2 hot chocolates, and we basically received boiled milk! There was NO chocolate, no whipped cream, just milk! We returned the drinks and explained to him that they only had milk, he proceeded to fix the issue, but when he gave us our new drinks, it was the SAME thing all over again, just milk!
