Incredibly slow service. Ended up ordering through the app instead of waiting because I didn't want to stand around waiting while the employee hadn't even gotten to the guy in front of me after like 10 minutes(with no one ahead of him). Got the notification that the order was ready and when I got to the store the subs were still being made. Given how ridiculous Subway's prices have gotten and how slow the service was I don't see myself eating here again.

The owner may want to reconsider their management decisions. During my first visit, the employee was rude and appeared inconvenienced by having to take & make the order. On my most recent visit, the restaurant was locked and "closed" shortly after 8 PM, well before the stated closing time, and the employee rudely gestured. This guy is only hurting the business.

The guy refused to give me service at 19:55 he said they were closed but the closed time online and the sing says they close at 21:00.

Online orders are ignored. Placed order for 2 sandwiches at 6:45pm, according to the app it was ready at 7:05pm. Arrived at 7:10pm order not completed but it was marked finished & ready for pick up. The guy behind the counter says we have other orders...we paid for our order too, they aren't giving us free food. Waited 10 minutes in the store, the people making sandwiches were making huge walk-in orders and ignoring the online orders. Left, went next door and got groceries, came back, still not done. Took 90 minutes to get 2 sandwiches.

Ordered online since the kid was taking so long making 2 sandwiches (10+ minutes I am not even joking). I was waiting for over 20 minutes with only one person in front of me before I even got a chance to ask anything, would've cancelled my order at that point if I could.Worst subway I've been too, and that's counting truck stop subways too.....Update: asked for a manager to refund and the kid called me a few select names after I told him it doesn't take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.

Start ordering online buy one footlong and get the second free went payment process only accept Apple Pay or gift card. Decided to go to the subway location and bought there , when I went to pay I was told that buy one and get one free was only online what rip off.Missed leading customers just for business.
Excellent, delicious sandwiches, quality toppings and great staff. Maybe a four-times a month visit. If you have a coupon this makes the transaction even the better.

Hmmm. This place is usually reliable but today were 2 totally different guys behind the counter who were disorganized and arguing with each other. The woman behind me left because they were bogged down by 2 people ordering 2 footlongs. The diet Coke was shooting out water. Can we get the old crew back?

Nice Subway location. Always fresh ingredients and friendly prompt staff. It's nice to pop in here every now and then to satisfy a craving.

I usually have really good service here but tonight was very different, I approached the counter and a younger gentleman sighed when I told him what I wanted. There were two boys the one with the glasses was fine but the other one that served me was very rude and seemed to rush me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it’s unfortunate to come to one of my favorite places for an easy meal and end up feeling like my presence was a burden.
