I asked if it was fresher, lettuce available and the response was no the lettuce look brown like it had been sitting for hours I asked for fresh tomatoes and he went and got those. I ordered three subs and it took about 40 minutes to make. I felt bad because it looked like a teenager who was making the food and completely didn’t know what was going on. Didn’t know what meat to put on the cold cut combo.

I don't know if the attention is the same in all their locations, but the girl who served us was very unfriendly, it was the first time I visited one of their locations here in the United States. A person like this better should stay at home if he does not have an attitude of serving and caring.

What I hate about this and other fast food operations is the level of false advertising that is pictured about their product that exaggerates what you get as a customer. Subways are one of the biggest offenders of this false advertising but never held accountable for what is actually delivered to the customer. Take a look at the graphic pictures of meat stacked high, fresh vegetables, etc. etc. posted on the windows. What you are delivered is a sub that looks like it was flattened with a steam roller! These places have been getting away with this for years. It's time to call these food thieves out for what they are. False fraudulent advertising !

Very clean store and channel 12 the local NBC affiliate had awarded the store with an award because of its cleanliness. Kind of hard to find but a nice out-of-the-way place for a great sandwich

I used to work over at Westchester Commons. I try to stop by this Subway around 8:30 when they closed at 9. However, they always close and lock the door before 8:30.
