I was served by Dion. He did a great job and the sandwich combo was delicious. I will have to say that the bathroom was an absolute horror show and management should know better! It was disgraceful. There was hair everywhere, blood, and urine. Don’t even ask me because I don’t know why that bathroom was THAT disgusting either! Thank you Dion for your excellent service. That sandwich was BOMB dude. Thank you! I hope management reads this and keeps that bathroom clean from here on out and moving forward.

the fact that this establishment has so many 1 star reviews and they have done nothing to improve this location speaks volumes. my boyfriend and i walked into this subway at 10:05 (the lights inside are on but the open sign was not lit, even though google says friday and saturday they are open until 11, which i know is true as I have came to this exact subway past 10 lol). the door is unlocked and the man behind the counter asks if we’re picking up and tells us they’re closed. yet the door isn’t locked and we could’ve picked up? i understand it being slow but that’s not my problem. closing an hour early and having an attitude is insane. do better.

Subway app GPS malfunctioned and placed at this restaurant rather than the closest to me. I called immediately to cancel and told it was canceled. The restaurant marked my order as picked up and refused to refund it. What makes it worse is my kid paid for it with the gift card she received for Christmas. Shameful management. Steer clear.

The wife and I popped in to get two foot longs to go and when we got to our destination to enjoy them we found that the bread was almost completely stale to the point that we didn't even finish them. Just not a good sandwich at all and next time we want subway we'll roll the dice with the one in the Walmart

The worst experience ever. I used to really enjoy Subway, but now I have my doubts. The bread was older than my grandma. I ordered the Philly Steak, which is supposed to be hot, but not at this location. The meat was so cold that there were even some chunks still frozen. To say the least, I would never return to the Commonwealth Center branch.

9-18-25 I ordered a sub on my app and it wasn’t for the subway I was close to so before the order was made I called to cancel and the manager would not cancel the order and would not get on the phone to talk to me and told the guy on the phone not to give me her name. And on top of that they charged me $15.42 for the sub that I didn’t get and I got the same sub from the subway on city view drive for $13.75 .

Lady did not accept my coupon and charged me $20, because the sub I ordered is “premium” (2 extra slices of cheese and bacon). Beyond insane. The worst Subway I’ve ever been to.

this location is always clean and has nice employees. bathrooms always clean. food js always good. the employees always weat gloves when making the food. prices are good. Phoenix is a great employee and great person he always greets customers and makes sure they have everything they came in for and always gives them a good exit and is nice when they leave.

They don’t honor coupons from corporate, they didn’t complete my order. My soda was left out that I paid for! They do not answer the phone. Horrible to spend $20.00 on a 6” for delivery and be this unsatisfactory. Tried the cancel my order and they refused!
