27$ for two foot longs and the sandwhich was supposed to be toasted the sandwhich was not toasted and the sandwhich is made any type of way , can yall start honoring what we ask for?

Lady did not accept my coupon and charged me $20, because the sub I ordered is “premium” (2 extra slices of cheese and bacon). Beyond insane. The worst Subway I’ve ever been to.

They are not open until 11, please update hours
this location is always clean and has nice employees. bathrooms always clean. food js always good. the employees always weat gloves when making the food. prices are good. Phoenix is a great employee and great person he always greets customers and makes sure they have everything they came in for and always gives them a good exit and is nice when they leave.

They don’t honor coupons from corporate, they didn’t complete my order. My soda was left out that I paid for! They do not answer the phone. Horrible to spend $20.00 on a 6” for delivery and be this unsatisfactory. Tried the cancel my order and they refused!

No restroom, not able to wash hands or take toddler to pee. Thank goodness for the nail salon next door. Health inspectors take notice!!!

Very trashy ownership.
Owner is rude and placed a bunch of weird restrictions on coupons (i.e can't use them if you get certain meats)
Avoid and do not support this subway
Everything was awful do go there!!!!!! The beard was stale, the vegetables and tops were frozen/ frost burnt/ serve suck!!!!!!!!!!!!

God awful service from what I assume might be the owner? I came to pick up a platter order for my office that I had placed online. When I got there, she asked if I was picking up and I said yes and then told her the name. She claimed they didn’t have anything by that name. I go to pull up the receipt/confirmation and show her and she refuses to look at it and keeps insisting they don’t have it. She then shooed me with her hands and proceeded to ignore me while talking with another customer. I asked again if she can look at the receipt and the code to see if it’s under a different name or something and she just keeps saying they don’t have it without looking and being extremely dismissive and without trying to help find a solution. She wasn’t offering to remake it or double check to see if it got placed or create a new order. It wasn’t until I told her that it was a platter specifically that she realized they did have it. She also never asked during the entire interaction what I had ordered or let me show her. This is seriously the worst customer service I think I’ve ever received. Terrible attitude that honestly started the minute I walked in. Side note - there was a new employee that was on her first day there who was friendly, apologetic and attempted to help! She was great

Walked in and air conditioner wasn’t working. Was attempting to order and was asked are you using a coupon, after I said yes the attitudes changed, I get home and bread was rock hard, hardly any ingredients on them, hardly any spices and oil. I was hoping the second visit would be better than my last visit, nope was worse. They claim to make fresh bread, the bread was not fresh.

First time at this Subway was a month ago. My friend and I both ordered the beast to go. The meat was definitely skimped on. Did not have a single piece of bacon or pepperoni. It was basically a regular cheese steak. Very disappointed. June 21, 2024 I chose to give them another chance. Ordered the chicken salad wrap. It was awful. It dripped the entire time I was eating. Salty. The chicken was old. I got the combo and was charged over $16. I believe in giving everyone a second chance but I work too hard for my money to piss it away on inedible food. Woman behind the counter and two sitting in the dining room who may have been the owners were very RUDE. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

How in the world do they try to charge me $13 for a wrap that has one serving of meat because its on the pita bread instead of a 6 inch bread. I chose not to purchase. Then go to a 2nd subway where they ran out of lettuce but didn't tell customer till after they ordered. Not only that when ordering the wrap she cut the wrap in half since I ordered a 6 inch. No way you can wrap it once you add the vegetables because its so small. So it would have been a sandwich taco instead of a wrap. Subway needs to get it together.
