We walked in and we needed to leave for a train. We asked for 3 sandwiches. The server's co worker walked in. She saw a fly come in. Sh tried to get the fly. and we were there for 5 minutes waiting. She lost the fly so she finally gave us the sandwich. my sister opened hers , there was a fly in it

Absolutely disgusting, little to no toppings available, had to get store manager to find cold cuts for a sandwich.store was empty at 11:30a.m. Then on top of that the boy said he was a he/she, I didn't give a damn about his personal life, I was there for a sub. On top of that, the toppings tasted old and was scared for family member to eat.

Worst subway I've ever visited. You arrive and they immediately inform you they don't have this and that. Take at least 3x the amount of time it should to make your sub. Only whisper to you bc they so badly don't want to be there working. Great place.

Absolutely the worst subway I've ever walked into. Nobody at the counter. Guy comes out and starts cleaning and says someone will be out in 3 minutes. Lady comes out, never looks at us, puts gloves on. I inform her we need 4 sandwiches. She turns around and walks out into the back and doesn't come back. I told the guy forget it about 5 minutes later. Run away fast from this place!

Place was empty , Young man came from the back and when I asked how he was doing he frustratingly informed me he was trying to take a piss exact words before preparing to make my sandwich " trying to take a piss" as I tried to speak with him he then made it clear he couldn't hear anything I was saying had to repeat myself several times he then apologized and informed me that hearing was a delayed reaction I'm assuming it was the Bluetooth ear bud in his ear interrupting his hearing , I cancelled my order and went Sheetz. Horrible service

But anyhow I paid and right after paying the employee says they dont have onions.After several minutes of arguing with a totally rude employee, I finally was able to get a refundStay away from this place
I wish I would have gotten this young man's name, because he provided the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. As always, the made- -to-order subs were delicious and fresh. Wish I ordered another foot-long to go. There was no wait and the area was very cleanly.

Got the #12, which I usually get from this Subway. Each time it has gotten progressively worse in taste and texture. This time was absolutely disgusting. Way too much mayonnaise and sub roll was over cooked-crumbled all over my plate. Gave half of it to my dog. Probably won’t order from this store again. Husband says the workers are on their phones the whole time playing games, extremely slow with each order and give the impression to customers that they could care less to be serving them.
