Place was empty , Young man came from the back and when I asked how he was doing he frustratingly informed me he was trying to take a piss exact words before preparing to make my sandwich " trying to take a piss" as I tried to speak with him he then made it clear he couldn't hear anything I was saying had to repeat myself several times he then apologized and informed me that hearing was a delayed reaction I'm assuming it was the Bluetooth ear bud in his ear interrupting his hearing , I cancelled my order and went Sheetz. Horrible service

Horrible customer service.Asked for 2 footlong philly cheesesteaks. The employee insisted on me paying for the order before making the sandwiches. I should have stopped right there. But anyhow I paid and right after paying the employee says they dont have onions.After several minutes of arguing with a totally rude employee, I finally was able to get a refundStay away from this place

Wish I ordered another foot-long to go. There was no wait and the area was very cleanly.Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the options as I had my eye on one in particular. LOLParking: Located within another business, yet parking was ample.Wheelchair accessibility: Subway had wheelchair accessibility.

If I could give it zero stars I would have. This Subway is a mess. Ordered online at 5:30 for 5:55pm pick up. Order was confirmed. Drive there and show up at 5:50 pm to pick up order. Girl at counter states closed at 6:00pm. It's 5:50pm and she is all closed up and has ZERO intentions of honoring our confirmed order, which she had. Online hours and store hours states, open till 9pm. She tells us that for the last four weeks they've closed at 6pm. This Subway is a disaster and only infuriates it's loyal customers. Horrible!

My family and I try to get a sandwich here for the pool almost every weekend and although their hours state they open at 8am no workers are ever there. It is currently 11:46 and a worker still hasn’t shown up. I’ve lost count of how many times this has happened.
