Very clean ice cream shop, super nice staff !!
I want to start off by we love sweet frog, this has been our prime location for years, but the customer service today was lacking immensely. I came in with my very excited for frozen yogurt 7 year old and initially spend $14. There was no seating inside after we paid, and so we went outside. Not even a minute later someone got up, and given the heat advisory, I didn’t want to keep my child outside in direct sunlight. He had only taken a bite of his frozen yogurt and it accidentally slipped out of his hand when he went to open the door. Many tears were shed, it was dirty and the topping last had fallen off so I thew it away and proceeded to get a new cup with the same frozen yogurt set up. While I don’t expect things for free, but he didn’t even eat his frozen yogurt as it fell almost immediately after the purchase. I ended up spending another $8 because the employee who says she is the assistant manager told me that it’s against her managers policy to replace spilt frozen yogurt, which I find unbelievable given accidents happen and he’s a literal kid, not a grown man, he was really upset. As someone who works in customer service and the restaurant industry myself, and is in management, this entire experience rubbed me the wrong way. I would have never responded in that manner. It’s not a steak dinner, it’s a cup of frozen yogurt! And I know comps and things exist for situations like this. After that happened and I asked to speak with her supervisor to talk to them myself when she then she copped an attitude with me. She told
me she wasn’t there, and so I inquired who the woman I saw behind the counter was, she then said oh, she doesn’t speak English and basically alluded to her lack of importance as she was only the “toppings l” girl. That gave me gross vibes too. This place lacks serious hospitality and customer service as a whole. She didn’t even ask if he was okay and this happened right in front of her, she could 100% see he didn’t eat any of it, but maybe she was too busy watching a show in her laptop to care. Sitting at a table meant for guests might I add, and when it’s 100 degrees outside, maybe that shouldn’t be used as a Netflix and snack station for an employee. I also witnessed her being rude to other children who were asking for sample cups, when the family clearly was eating froyo, she told the girl she can’t try things without purchase and then proceeded to stare the girl and family down as the mom said aloud how ridiculous that was because she was only trying a sample to see if she liked the flavor. This industry isn’t for everyone, but have a heart when it comes to kids especially, and be kind. The rude energy is what really upset me the most. I am not so sure this will be our location of choice from now on if this is how they want to treat their guests.
The woman at the register had terrible customer service and rudely commented things about us. Not very christian like or welcoming. Be careful who you hire. I’m scared to return(i will only come because sweet frog is my life) (clearly it’s her’s too).
I had a cup with Salted Caramel and cake batter with some delicious toppings! Friendly service, clean and great options! Will be back 😊
Ice cream was O K but prices outrageous $12 for two senior citizens portions YOW!!! was I surprised
I went in for the first time in about a year and asked them if they still had No weigh Wednesday, the cashier just looked at me and would not answer. The “Manager” was behind the counter by the door on her phone and could not answer my question either. The store was dirty and there was dried remnants on the screens under the drop spouts. The floor had sticky bits on it. Will not be going back. Disgusting.
I tried to ask the older Spanish lady 55-63 yrs old with glasses for help with my receipt because the nice cashier was older (70+ yrs old) and he doubled charged me on accident which was fine. I asked her for help she turned her shoulder and brushed me off like I was disgusting. So I just went back to the older man and told him he charged me twice and he refunded me. There’s no reason that the second person in the store is zero help and she’s rude. Unacceptable.
Took my grands here after playing at a park. They love the variety of flavors and toppings! But, bring your wallet! Lol!! Treats for the 3 of us was a little over $25!

The employee Luke has given me the best service I could've ever wanted from a sweet frog employee. He was kind, caring and even asked me about my day. Kind service really make the Froyo taste better. This young man is going places

My grandma just died and I was feeling very sad, I went to the SF to try to cheer myself up. There was no one else there except the employee behind the counter, Luke. I was ok until I got to the counter to pay, and then my grandmothers face flashed before my eyes and I broke down crying. Luckily, Luke, the employee, was an unlicensed therapist with BetterHelp and he was able to cure my depression. I now get SF every week thanks to Luke, overall 10/10 best Fro Yo I’ve ever had. Whoever the manager is should give Luke a raise.
This location of Sweet Frog is the best in the area. They usually have many flavors of frozen yogurt and a good variety of toppings, while other locations in the area don't carry as many flavors or toppings as this one.
