I tried to ask the older Spanish lady 55-63 yrs old with glasses for help with my receipt because the nice cashier was older (70+ yrs old) and he doubled charged me on accident which was fine. I asked her for help she turned her shoulder and brushed me off like I was disgusting. So I just went back to the older man and told him he charged me twice and he refunded me. There’s no reason that the second person in the store is zero help and she’s rude. Unacceptable.

Took my grands here after playing at a park. They love the variety of flavors and toppings! But, bring your wallet! Lol!! Treats for the 3 of us was a little over $25!

My grandma just died and I was feeling very sad, I went to the SF to try to cheer myself up. There was no one else there except the employee behind the counter, Luke. I was ok until I got to the counter to pay, and then my grandmothers face flashed before my eyes and I broke down crying. Luckily, Luke, the employee, was an unlicensed therapist with BetterHelp and he was able to cure my depression. I now get SF every week thanks to Luke, overall 10/10 best Fro Yo I’ve ever had. Whoever the manager is should give Luke a raise.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible at all! I can’t reach the toppings nor the soft serve when I use my wheelchair! I have to make sure I’m using my mobility aid that allows me to stand when I go there! Nobody wants to have someone else put their toppings for them! Another thing, the door is incredibly difficult to open! Disability is not a choice! Make things accessible!

We went to another location that was closed and called this one ahead(Sunday). This time we called ahead and they were open! We drove further with our newborn and our twin boys only to find out that neither of us had our wallets 🤦🏽♂️ slightly annoyed, I grabbed the keys to head home so we could pay. The manager recognized my wife’s voice and understood we already drove to another location to be let down and offered take care of our tab. This is such a blessing, it’s already hard get out of the house when you have a baby, and it turned everything around just from their recognition of what we were experiencing already. Glad we came to this spot, the kids loved it and we highly recommend visiting if you’re in - or even outside of the area!

I wasn’t gonna write anything, but I saw someone else had the same experience a week ago.My family and I walked in. There was nobody in the store. Floors were a mess, dirty tables, dirty machines, topping containers empty. Eventually a female employee came, just told us our total (she was busy texting someone), took our card and said thank you, then she walked away. she had an old dirty hoodie, not even some sort of a uniform. I’ve worked in a sweet frog for 6 years and this is not the standards my boss had for my team and I.I know sweet frog is not what it used to be, but come on! Keep it clean, we still wanna bring out kids here! And please have your employees say hi or something, so we don’t feel like we’re bothering them. Thank you!
