Feeds my addiction very well!Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible at all! I can’t reach the toppings nor the soft serve when I use my wheelchair! I have to make sure I’m using my mobility aid that allows me to stand when I go there! Nobody wants to have someone else put their toppings for them! Another thing, the door is incredibly difficult to open! Disability is not a choice! Make things accessible!

I wasn’t gonna write anything, but I saw someone else had the same experience a week ago.My family and I walked in. There was nobody in the store. Floors were a mess, dirty tables, dirty machines, topping containers empty. Eventually a female employee came, just told us our total (she was busy texting someone), took our card and said thank you, then she walked away. she had an old dirty hoodie, not even some sort of a uniform. I’ve worked in a sweet frog for 6 years and this is not the standards my boss had for my team and I.I know sweet frog is not what it used to be, but come on! Keep it clean, we still wanna bring out kids here! And please have your employees say hi or something, so we don’t feel like we’re bothering them. Thank you!

Just horrible service, well actually no service at all. We went in and there was no one to be found. We figured they were in the back. We took several minutes to get our ice cream still no one. I put our cups on the scale and a girl came out of the back. She told me the total and I paid with my card. She just turned around and started doing something on a laptop behind the counter and that was it. She barely even acknowledged us at all. Sorry we disturbed her, it will not happen again.

We stopped here after a fun afternoon and not o Lu did they have lots of choices but the whole place was very clean! Tables wiped, walls clean, floor nice! Very impressed.
We do enjoy coming here but it has become too expensive. Two small cups with I'd say normal amount of toppings etc. was almost $15!!! You also don't accept American Express with your system which I don't like. Back to DQ for me and they just opened up a really nice one down the street.
