Always fast and fresh, only issue is parking
Brick House customers are taking up all of Taco Bells parking lot
I do not eat Taco Bell. I was simply there (Westchester Commons location) to pickup a door dash order. Upon arrival, there were noticeably no parking spaces. I proceeded through the drive-thru to ask if I could obtain the order due to limited parking. I was denied picking up the order and told that I needed to come in...SMHHH..How inconsiderate! So, I proceeded to park in front of the store, impeding the driveway entrance. Once the order was ready, the guy who denied me simply set the order on the counter..no greeting, no inquiry of who was waiting for it and I'm glad I grabbed it because the other Door Dasher thought it was his.

The picture speaks for itself. A simple twelve pack of regular tacos. All twelve were just like the one pictured. One employee cared enough to remake the order.
Never open past 10.
The nasty employee working the drive thru on 4/14 at 3:12pm could use a lesson on customer service. She or he? glared at me with a look of disgust and didn’t even speak to me at the window. Honestly if you’re that miserable find a new job.
Great quick food
Ive lived near this taco bell for the past 6 years. For the first year,. this taco bell was good. Something changed from year 1-3 ish. time might be a bit off. But this taco bell is horrible and has been for a while. Everything is often poorly made, portions are off and your burrito will often look smashed/barely holding its filling despite being underfilled. the tortillas are often stale, and its barely edible when compared to better run taco bells. The only reason this taco bell is still in business is because its in a prime location but its wasted. There is a reason the chick fil a line wraps down the street while this taco bell never has more than 5 people in the drive through.
I was going to the taco bell near my work in ashland, got a new job and recently gave this one a chance after not going for years, and yep still recognize some of the employees and yep its still terrible.
Need to do a whole revamp from all managers/supervisors who work there on site because its currently unacceptable and have no desire to go as a past taco bell addict.
The worst service in the drive thru Victoria acted as if she wanted to help by her greeting on the intercom however when getting to the window she did not even acknowledge me what so ever and even gave me the wrong meal once I realized it. I was highly upset I couldn’t even go back through the line due to construction work being done. And other people in line I am not happy with this service.
How are you going to be the only Taco Bell that won’t sell me a chilli cheese burrito? They are even running this “decades” promotion bringing back all the food from the 90’s and they are the only Taco Bell that won’t whip me up a chilli cheese burrito. That is lame

This fools at this taco bell is a joke they didn't get my order right and I didn't get not one apology when I went back inside or anything they all need to be replaced up in there wont be going back.
Did the drive through order and guy was completely silent. When pulling ahead the guy there was very rude and complained that I said too much (2 drinks is too much?) and I needed to circle around to get the order in. Instead of attitude, why not just take the order then? Didn't expect manners from a fast food place, but that was pathetic service.
