This fools at this taco bell is a joke they didn't get my order right and I didn't get not one apology when I went back inside or anything they all need to be replaced up in there wont be going back.

Did the drive through order and guy was completely silent. When pulling ahead the guy there was very rude and complained that I said too much (2 drinks is too much?) and I needed to circle around to get the order in. Instead of attitude, why not just take the order then? Didn't expect manners from a fast food place, but that was pathetic service.

Charged my card twice... and told me the only way to get a refund is calling 1800TACOBELL. but no one answers. still dont have my money back. rude service people at the window when I told them I was charged twice for my larger order.

This Taco Bell is the best in the Midlothian area. The employees never skimp out on the portions and ALWAYS get my order correct to accommodate swaps in ingredients for my dietary needs. It is much appreciated!

My 1st time here. When I asked for "any diet sugar available" for my unsweetened iced tea (as there was none on the counter) I was told by the cashier/attendant that he had "no idea where it may be". And he just stood there! The cook didn't know either and when I asked for the Manager he said he didn't "think" there was any either. All the while... just standing there, also. Do you "think" or do you "know for a fact"? Your guess is as good as mine. Never saw that many lost employees in just one place all at the same time. Could someone at HQs tell these guys where they keep supplies? They seem to be unable to answer basic questions, but even worse they don't seem to understand the difference between working hours and being on a never-ending-break. But the truly amazing thing was that none of them ever may the slightest effort to even search for it. They just didn't know and didn't bother finding out either. Yep! NEVER going back to this "twilight zone" place!!!! I suggest neither do you!?
