This Taco Bell is the best in the Midlothian area. The employees never skimp out on the portions and ALWAYS get my order correct to accommodate swaps in ingredients for my dietary needs. It is much appreciated!

My 1st time here. When I asked for "any diet sugar available" for my unsweetened iced tea (as there was none on the counter) I was told by the cashier/attendant that he had "no idea where it may be". And he just stood there! The cook didn't know either and when I asked for the Manager he said he didn't "think" there was any either. All the while... just standing there, also. Do you "think" or do you "know for a fact"? Your guess is as good as mine. Never saw that many lost employees in just one place all at the same time. Could someone at HQs tell these guys where they keep supplies? They seem to be unable to answer basic questions, but even worse they don't seem to understand the difference between working hours and being on a never-ending-break. But the truly amazing thing was that none of them ever may the slightest effort to even search for it. They just didn't know and didn't bother finding out either. Yep! NEVER going back to this "twilight zone" place!!!! I suggest neither do you!?

The food was good. I stood at the counter but no one came to take my order. One employee watched me stand there while he swept the area behind the counter. I was about to leave when I noticed the self service machines. I placed my order and paid. Then I waited again hoping that someone would fill my order. The dining room was clean and the condiments were well stocked.

This is a great Taco Bell. The employees here really take pride in making the food. My tacos were made perfectly. Every topping was portioned well. I drive to this location from Powhatan because the quality is much better here. Thank you to the employees for great food! Y’all are awesome.

Only 3 people working, stellar service. As a GM in the industry myself, much praise to this team. To keep the dine-in still available while servicing the drive-thru, and were very professional in a stressful situation. Amazing job, y’all are awesome!!

Typical Taco Bell. Food was typical- good but not remarkable. Adequate parking with sufficient handicap slots. No handicap entrance. Ordering on the app was easy, and the order was ready when I arrived at the drive-thru. There is a Crispy Taco special on Sunday. Employees were friendly and polite.Follow Up Comment - after order again on the app and making payment, when I arrived at the drive-thru I was advised they were completely out of mild Taco sauce. This was the second time in 2 weeks. Since the Taco sauce is free with the meal, they offered no adjustments or alternatives other than HOT sauce. Can you imagine a TACO Bell not having mild Taco sauce?
