Ordered through the drive through. Service was fairly quick, person at window did a good job. The power bowl was nothing like what I get at other TB’s. Barely any beans, no guacamole, and skimpy. I won’t go back to this location for a $10 item that is not as advertised. The picture is after it was mixed and was just as skimpy as it looks.

This franchise has staff issues. Not enough staff to handle dine in customers and drive tru. I witnessed six customers leave. I try to a faithful customer and support local establishments but this unacceptable. Who is the owner? If this was my franchise (and their expensive) I would have myself there working!

Taco Bell, which uses the slogan "Live Maas", but be in need of CPR. This particular restaurant next to Wegmans was supposed to open at 9:00 am; nope...opened several minutes later. The food was pretty good...warm and tasty. The staff. albeit friendly and customer oriented. were all wearing masks which was a little worrisome. The store was very clean, probably because other than me, the only other customer showed up at 9:45. I suppose it's easy to keep a store clean with little foot traffic. I'm not sure how Taco Bell stays in business. I rarely see cars parked around this restaurant, even during lunchtime (to be fair, the same goes for other locations). The food isn't bad at all...maybe their business model is.

Ordered 2 Crispy Tacos Deluxe at the drive thru window and 6 packs of mild taco sauce. When I got home and opened the bag I had 2 Soft Tacos not Crispy or Deluxe and 1 pack of taco sauce. It was too far to go back. This is the second time at this location that my order was totally wrong. On one other occasion also they said they were out of packets of taco sauce. How can a taco restaurant be completely out of mild taco sauce.My rating is for terrible repeat service at the drive thru. I like the food if they can get it right.

I don't think their mobile order system works here and the staff is rude.I had my partner pick up a mobile order, which thought would make it easier (spoiler it didn't). The employee kept pulling up the wrong order under my name and said they didn't see my order. After giving them the order number and asking them to confirm the order, the employee yells at my partner. I was on the phone with him and it was shocking how quickly they escalated to yelling at him. The employee yelled that the mobile orders take awhile but the order had been placed at least 15 minutes beforehand.At the window, the employee brings up the wrong order again and asks for payment, even though the order was prepaid through the app. This took my partner over 20 minutes to get resolved.I understand how it can be to work at a place where the systems don't work but that doesn't justify yelling at customer. ?

The lady working the drive through tonight 12/9/23 was so rude and nasty. Literally yelled and me and told me I was lying. Ordered through the app and what came up on screen was wrong and $30 more expensive. Just trying to get 1 item and get out took over 20 minutes with only one other car in line. I can't believe this person took my already very low expectations for taco bell and still left me feeling like I needed to leave a 1 star review. Food was cold but at least it was correct. 0/5

Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be at work. I had to come back in to get my food remade (Mexican Pizza). Obviously, the person didn't feel like doing the job that day. Hey, it happens. Somehow, these people seem to think that adding hot sauce to the order is out of line. I was directed to turn around and go through the drive-thru again. It was late at night, and male and female (only) employees in the store were standing around chatting, both of whom acted inconvenienced at the request. I was the only customer on the premises inside or out. But there we're a couple of sketchy people cruising the perimeter of the parking lot. I have just become accustomed to the crunchwraps. Happy to Skip them from now on

When I received my food (chicken power bowl), it was missing tomatoes and black beans so I went up front and told them and I was told (rather irritably) that they were out of black beans so they gave me extra chicken. Ok, I didn't want extra chicken I wanted beans so maybe let me know prior to altering my order and serving it to me?!?!

Stop by after doing some shopping to pick up some things rather than making dinner. They had no ice, no ice tea, no fries made, failed to make the orders as asked, and served their new special item looking like it had been picked up off the floor. The display photos make it look like a pile of Nacho fries what I received was about 8 fries covered in crispy cheese and wrapped in a sheet
