food was about half of what I was expecting. I requested a piece of pita bread halfway through my meal; it didn't arrive until I was done. I thought my server forgot about me. on top of that, I was charged extra for a piece half the size of a playing card. the place wasn't that busy either. no thanks.

This was our first time and we really enjoyed the food. Health conscious and gluten free options. The cheese dip was awesome. Elizabeth P took great care of us. Warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. She also gave us a free appetizer on our next visit. Highly recommend!

This was my first time here, and it had a much better atmosphere than I had anticipated. Very cool vibe, decorated well with good background music. Food was quite good, though multiple plates we ordered were not very hot when they arrived. Server was friendly and efficient, overall great experience.

Portions were ridiculously small. Food was average and taste. Talk about cutting corners. This place has perfected the art.

I usually visit Tazza a couple times a month, whether I dine in or get delivery, I always have a great experience!
Their food is consistently good, never had a bad dish. Just a great menu and ingredients all around, I do not hesitate to try new things. My favorites that I highly recommend are the crunchy potato and arugula salad with shrimp, chicken nachos, sausage and black pepper honey pizza. They also have a solid local beer menu too. Friendly staff to top it up off.

I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t like. More recently, I had brunch which certainly lived up to my expectations from previous visits. I opted to get the Crab Cake Benedict where the eggs were poached to perfection with an incredible flavor profile from the crispy prosciutto over green fried rice topped with an incredible lemon chipotle hollandaise.

The cocktail menu is updated seasonally with quality choices catering to a spectrum of preferences. Pictured are the New Era (bourbon) and the Permanent Leave (tequila) cocktail which blew us away having such a balanced yet refreshing vibe—hoping they keep that one around for a while.

The staff is very accommodating and truly match the quality in the food and atmosphere. Highly recommended going solo, date night, or a group!

Happy hour food is not worth it...limited variety and extremely small portions. Our orders got all mixed up.

Tazza has always been a favorite until last Sunday. Service at lunch was adequate but there were delays in getting our three meals. The egg and bacon breakfast sandwich was relatively tasteless as were the accompanying breakfast potatoes. The waffle breakfast was very sugary and just average. The one person ordering a burger felt it was fine. Unfortunately it took our server quite some time to provide us our bill and to retrieve it. She took our credit card and charged us the amount for the adjoining table which was 30% more than our bill. I am not sure this was not intentional for reasons to go unstated, but the whole check out situation really was negative. It will be some time until we return.

I normally don't care to rate places. I just had a wonderful experience yesterday at Tazza. Had perfectly attentive service from Fabricio! Very kind gentleman, and he even comped my friend's birthday cake. Just really an excellent experience all around. Richmond has a lot of good places to eat, but I'll be going back if at all possible.
