Teriyaki Madness has become a weekly visit for Teriyaki Tuesday special. This is the first place we've found in Richmond which reminds us of the great teriyaki chicken we got when we lived in Seattle.

Please Read: We are new to the area and wanted something better than Panda Express but we’re willing to settle as our Christmas holiday is being spent in the hospital with kidney stones. I checked this spot out on Google and it had some great reviews. We ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken. WOW!! The teriyaki flavor was amazing!! Also spoke with the store manager Chris who has a great passion for great food and this establishment. To whoever the owner is, you have a valuable gem in this manager. With quality food at a reasonable price, great atmosphere and phenomenal staff- you will be successful and profitable!

Chicken teriyaki bowl and spicy chicken teriyaki bowl were both delicious, with generous portions. It was our first time eating here, and the man with the gray beard was helpful and attentive. Very positive experience! We'll be back!

I didn’t expect much going in. Maybe had a Panda Express vibe at first glance, which isn’t great to me. But I was pleasantly surprised!

The bearded man who took our order went the extra mile to make our first experience positive. Then the food was fantastic. All three of my kids proclaimed their love for it too, unprompted - a rare achievement.

For $47 we fed a hungry family of five and have at least one more meal left over. We will be back to TM sooner than later.

I eat here once a week and I always have fresh food and no problems. But Monday I ate here and ended up with food poisoning after eating here, I thought the rice was a little but it most of been more than that. I order the tofu bowl. It's Saturday and I'm still having problems. My son at the salmon and had a milder case. I definitely won't be back.

This is the most hit or miss place of all time. If you order within an hour or close your food with be old or over cooked but if you order randomly in the day it's fire. So outside of lunch and dinner rush the foods good when they are busy it's not good.

Food was good. Flavor was on point. I got the Spicy Chicken with Brown Rice and Veggies. Everything was hot and well prepared.

Food was excellent. My wife had an aspiration episode and Marci was very prompt and rushed to my wife with a water bottle. She was very kind and thoughtful.

The chicken was actually pretty tender, but there was so much fat on the meat, that we threw half of it away. The rice was so very dry that it was actually crunchy. I think they do that on purpose because there is almost no teriyaki sauce in the bowl because they charge you extra for that. The vegetables were fine. I will not be eating this again, it was such a disappointment.

Tried this place with my dad today after driving by a few times! Food was delicious and the cashier was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back sometime!
