We have been ordering family meals for our gatherings, and everyone in the family loves it! The staff at the to go are very friendly and accommodating. Our order is usually done in the timeframe provided. The staff also does an awesome job of making sure that all of the items are in the bags. Can’t rave enough about them! Thanks, TX Roadhouse!! No pics because we always eat it so fast.

OH MY GOD. IM S S SP-SPETCH LESS. my boyfren took me out for mother day.. having him arownd wus nice.. felt lik i wus with my grandkid.. further on in da day he tuk me two the akwarium.. we saw a wittle gwoop of fif gwaders.. my hubby wus reminising becus just 3 yeers ago he wuh a wittle fif gwader. anywoohoo ater the akwarium we wnt to eat out at texis rodhows.. didnt enjoi my visit.. burgur wus kind dry.. king of nasty wood not go bak.. atleest i had phun at the akwarium...... hubby if u sea this i luv u 😛😛😛

Ordered take out. Chicken critters were flat and dry, steak was dry and a little tough but Rolls and side salad was good.

I really can't believe it, but to have a margarita they asked me for identification and that's fine, but the fact that they don't accept a passport from your country left me speechless, even if they were going to immigration to ask for legal documents for a margarita.

We waited a long time to be seated this evening, way past the 20 minutes we were given as the wait time when we checked in. We should have taken this as a sign to leave. When we were finally called, we picked our steak and were directed to our table. There was trash all over the floor under our table.

Fletcher was our server, and he arrived very quickly after being seated to take our drink orders. He was extremely friendly, and every time he came to the table, he was sure to ask if he could get us anything else. The major issues started when our dinners arrived. 2 steaks 1 porterhouse t-bone and a 20oz ribeye. They were supposed to be cooked medium and medium-well. Both steaks were charred and beyond well done.

Fletcher asked if our steaks were ok, to which we both showed him, and he said, I'm so sorry those are both well done and he repeated our orders to us. He said he wanted to bring his manager over. The manager Courtney came over and apologized. She said she could have new steaks done in 8 minutes and cooked correctly this time.

I wish I could say this horrible experience ends here.. The new steaks arrived this time, the porterhouse was rare, and the ribeye is borderline well done. I asked Fletcher what a rare steak looked like? He said it's a very pink steak. I then showed him the porterhouse and asked like this? He gasped and again apologized. He said that is rare and this never happens and wanted to get his manager again, so he left the table.

Fletcher came back and asked if we wanted to wait for more steaks to be cooked. We obviously declined. He then stated that the manager Courtney wanted to take the porterhouse off the check. This time around, the manager didn't come back to the table. I honestly can't believe this is how a paying customer was treated because your cooks were clearly incapable of cooking steaks. We originally picked out our ribeye when our first one came out wrong Courtney acted like it was a massive inconvenience for my husband to pick a new one so we were left with whatever they chose for us.

Fletcher was a great server, and the only good thing I can't say about this dinner. On date night that we paid a sitter to watch our children for, then had to pay for her to stay late because you kept screwing up the food. Half of the sides were left behind when the first steaks were taken so those were cold by the time the new steaks arrived, the mashed potatoes that came with both steaks were cold. We spent 55 dollars tonight at your restaurant for a salad, some bread, and a few sides. That's sad, and this should have been handled better. Foutyfive minutes after leaving this restaurant, the texts started coming in to tell us our table is almost ready. The photo is of the second porterhouse.

Whoever gave us our food handed me a hot plate and didn't warn me. When I said something to her about it she got annoyed and walked away from the table.

7 minutes after arriving during supper hour my girlfriend and I, yeah, we put a ring on it 44 years ago, we're seated by Ashley who took care of us like royalty. My wife's sirloin looked excellent while my bone in rib eye was a gastronomic excursion to beef nirvana.
