My son came home Friday night after his dinner with his grandparents the 6th of March 2026 around 3:00 a.m. he woke up vomiting chills and terrible cramps and sharp pains in his stomach so badly that he had to go to patient first the doctors didn't take a stool test only a blood test hydration he is still sick do not eat here my son said that the food was bad he had to get waitress adjust the food cuz the steak tasted bad his grandparents food was greasy his grandmother woke up with grumbles what was supposed to be a good company my son had with his grandparents turned into a day where he had to miss work please do not eat here my son has not got sick in over 20 years!

Worst steaks of our lives here. My rare was medium, and my daughter's medium was inedible shoe leather- it was beyond well done. I kept mine, but we sent my daughter's back. It took 30 min for it to be replaced, and the replacement was also a dessicated slab of brown meat- you know when it goes beyond grey? That. The server was wonderful and very apologetic, but the manager offered $2 off, take it or leave it. As this was the most stink I've ever made in a restaurant in my life, I just cut my losses, paid and left. Absolutely appalling, it goes without saying we will never come here again, and I've advised my family of the same.

Very good recent visit. Our server was one of the best that I've had in a while. The food was very good and the overall service was great considering how busy they were.

The most impressive part about TRH is that, while they are always slam busy, they prove to be very realistic about wait times. I definitely recommend either going online, or calling ahead to join the wait-list.

Came for my birthday. They were out of nearly everything I ordered. No heads up they just let us order and brought what they had . I sent my food back because without everything that was supposed to come with it . It wasn't how I wanted. I'm paying for this! Im not sure they really care. My wife ate her meal and I left hungry. Absolutely ridiculous. Never saw the manager who was told about the situation. I will never return. They don't care so why should I

I have been a big fan of Texas Roadhouse for years....many states and locations. Short version is I ordered an 8 ounce filet and got a sirloin. The server took it back. Out comes a manager that tells me that they are making me a new steak but there was nothing wrong with the first one.....stating that she could tell because of the muscle fibers. Really!!!! If one cannot distinguish between the two.....then that's a problem. Not to mention that I tasted the steak......100% Sirloin. Nonetheless a second manger brings out my steak apparently in an effort to intimidate or shame me......like I am going to come to a restaurant.....order what I WANT to eat....and send it back because......????? This is the second time I have been at this restaurant and have had a bad experience both times. I will not be returning. Server was GREAT!!!

I didn’t come here expecting Ruth’s Chris, but I expected a Filet Mignon to look like one. If you’re into meat that looks like roadkill this is the place to go. The first steak was a Sirloin and the second steak despite not being the right temp, was a terribly cut steak or also was not a Filet. Knowing they messed up the order the first time, and even after the server questioned the cook on the second steak being visually unappetizing, they tried to serve it. Other than successfully removing this from our bill, the manager needs remedial training on how to handle the basics of customer service. Our server did a fantastic job of handling the situation and was on top of all other aspects of the dinner service.
