Now I don’t like to give bad reviews, but first let me say this, me and my wife may have eaten at just about every restaurant in Virginia, but this one for us was the worse!!!!!! A child hood friend of mine work there and told us that out of all The Texas Roadhouse restaurants they are the best. So I talked my wife into going, my child hood friend came out and told the server to take good care of us and we replied, We don’t want any discounts or anything free. Me and my wife ordered the same thing a burger with fries and my wife ordered a burger with fries but instead of bread, she wanted it on lettuce. When my order came out, both burgers was cold and they gave me 4 or 5 french fries!!!!! And we waited patiently over 35 minutes for burgers and fries And the lettuce that my wife had for her burger look like somebody went outside and picked it up off the ground and put it on her plate We called the server and showed him and he couldn’t believe it. He picked our place up and took it back. My wife said to me, I shouldn’t never listen to you and come here, but you can never get me back in here again Now I believe out of the Cook, and people working in the back or the person who brought it to our table, should have had enough common sense to look at it and never brought something like that to our table. Our experience was horrible. I don’t know how someone can give them above two stars.

Always a great experience when visiting here. Great staff, food, and atmosphere.
The food and service are great, but the atmosphere is awful. It echoes horribly and is nearly impossible to hold a conversation with people, even if it is just across a table. Country music is also blasted, making everything so much more overwhelming.

Spent over $60 on a To-Go order and my filet medallions were basically raw on the inside. I ordered them Medium and couldn't even get my steak knife through them. The dogs had an expensive dinner tonight. The fries also had raw steak juice all over them as well so they weren't edible. The only thing I could eat were the rolls and the salad. Our order was clearly rushed.

I will be in the Richmond area for a while and I found my spot. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the staff are always very sweet. My two young nephews and my sister love it too. It has become our “after church lunch spot” Have been to the one at Koger blvd and it wasn’t bad but the standard is a bit off from this location. You will enjoy everything esp the steak and ribs/shrimp combo, yum!!
