Waitress was very nice and helpful but unfortunately our food arrived cold and fries soggy. Luckily for THEM we planned on taking out food to go because it was taking a while to come out. So we will just reheat our food at home. It happens but if it happen to the wrong person they would've been very troublesome. Stay bless.

Hello my friend had dinner at this texas roadhouse last night and I must say he is very upset with his steak it was just not right he asked for medium well but turned out to be super red like c'mon guys you're better than this I must say he is very disappointed with his food ong and he's also autistic just disgraceful ??

I love the place but on Saturday night I ordered the rib dinner and the ribs was to salted. It was a take out order and I didn’t feel like taking them back because it was later after 10 pm and I was already feeling bad from waiting to eat for such a long time that day. I never had ribs that was salted like that before so I was very surprised. I’m sure it was an innocent mistake. I love that place but I was sad

I ordered the bone in ribeye, baked potato, and corn. I must say that meal was delicious. My steak was cooked prefectly and rested, so the steak was juicy. Everything was fresh. I sat at the bar, which I normally dont do, but this time, I gave it a try. and got the best service. Bri and Meghan were on point. Took your drink order and food order in record time to me anyway. Pass this on to the both of them great servers.
Half the food is cold by the time it arrives at the table, steaks are thin and overcooked, won't be going back don't waste your money

Yesterday was Primary Day in my area of VA and many school systems were closed as a result. It was pretty crowded and there was a 30 minute wait. I don't know if that is why this happened but I have never had this happen at Texas Roadhouse before. At first I ordered a 6 oz filet and they let me know they didn't have ANY filets. Then all 4 of us ordered the prime rib. They were out of prime rib. I ended up with shrimp. I love their filets so I was disappointed.Otherwise the food was great. The service was a little slow but great (because of the crowd)! Our waitress was top notch. On top of that, at least 5 employees said thank you for coming on the way out. We still had a good time and will be back...as long as they have filets :).

Went for date night. Wait time wasn’t long. We felt like this was the best Texas Roadhouse we’ve been to. The food was top tier. Bread was hot and fresh and perfectly sized (other TR’s rolls were humongous). Fries pickles and Jamaican Cowboy were tasty. Our waitress was wonderful. Don’t know her name but she was attentive and kind. Will definitely be back.
