Ordered takeout about 10 times in past few months. Always a burger and onion rings. Burgers were always good until yesterday. It was over cooked even though I had requested medium. The onion rings have been over cooked 9 out of 10 times. The one time when they were not, they were excellent. Anyways, I won’t be back.

Waited 30 minutes for the food to come - and had to ask three times to actually get it.
The food came and the steak was half the size it should have been. And cooked twice as done as ordered.
Do waste your money. And more importantly don’t waste your time going here.

We were excited for date night and thought we would try Fridays. It should've been a sign when the parking lot was so empty. There was no hostess and we waited several minutes to get someone's attention to seat us. I ordered a coke zero and it needed changed as it tasted like straight carbonated water. I requested a diet coke instead which tasted the exact same way. My boyfriend ordered a beer and waited over 25 minutes for it to arrive and it tasted old and he couldn't even drink it. Then we were brave enough to order surf and turf. They were out of NY Strip so they were willing to substitute sirloin. I requested a ribeye instead. The steak had so much fat it was obviously a very low grade of a ribeye. Ribeye normally has fat but not like this. We ended up packing our steaks for the dogs and will see if they will even eat them. We will definitely not try again. Very disappointing.

I took my family out the other day, and unfortunately, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in decades. When we arrived, there was no host in sight—just an empty stand and a growing sense of regret.
Once seated, we were handed menus that looked like they had survived a small grease fire: crinkled and oily. Our server was friendly enough, but clearly hadn’t been trained in the ancient art of... serving. He forgot our drinks, vanished for long stretches of time like he was on a personal journey of self-discovery, and knew less about the menu than we did.
After a 50-minute wait, our food finally arrived—dry, overcooked, and looking like it had been left under a heat lamp since lunch. It didn’t taste any better than it looked.
It then took another 15 to 20 minutes just to get our check processed. My family eventually gave up and wandered over to Kroger while I stood guard, waiting for the return of my hostage credit card.
All told, we spent nearly 1 hour and 40 minutes there—only about 15 of which involved actual eating. Definitely not the night out we were hoping for.

They’re obviously short staffed, it’s super dirty inside, and very few of the waitstaff are being adequately trained.
Last night we walked into a virtually empty dining room and sat at a table that someone wiped the top of, but not the seats? They were filthy with grease and food. Hostess was young but lacked common sense/wasn’t paying attention. If she didn’t want to clean THAT table- pick a different one because it was basically empty! Then when she was asked to wipe the seats- this was confusing to her? Like she wasn’t rude about it. She was baffled? So she brought a soaking wet towel to the table & proceeded to saturate the seat and floor. Ok? So then she comes back two mins later with a paper towel acts scared to actually dry it off properly? At this point, I want to leave. The people I’m with say no.
Menus are old, dirty, and quite tattered. The entire establishment could use a deep clean. They’re making sandwiches with old, cheap bread that crumbles when you touch it. They aren’t even toasting and buttering it anymore!
The part of this visit that actually pissed me off the most was, I ordered a Jack Daniel’s Chicken Sandwich. It’s classic and been on the menu forever. So people know how it’s made! I’m thinking this is a safe option. No onions, no pickles, no sauces on the sandwich. Just open face soft crumbly bread, a tomato, soggy reheated bacon, 4 strips of lettuce, and a microwaved chicken patty with reheated melted cheese. I will never be back.
This place and the Red Lobster in this same shopping center need to hurry up and close so that better restaurants can occupy the space. There’s a noticeable negative change in the food & service in both establishments.
Managers at this location: Clean this place! Retrain staff! Get the kitchen staff back on track! Cook the food the right way! OR your empty dining room will close you. Further, recognize you’re competing with Texas Roadhouse, Charred, Bonefish, and Q. Step it up or keep losing.

Just came in and sat at the bar for 10min. Listen to bar tender crying about her child hood. Never was even spoken to. So walked out. 3/22 noon. No wonder TGIF are going out of business

I give this Friday's 5 star because of Ms. Christy she was absolutely a pleasure she helped us when we were on our $63 budget that me and my brother had that made her laugh the food was absolutely fresh and good everything was awesome we will be back thank you Ms. Christy for everything
