They truly make me feel welcomed every time I visit the establishment from the current times to the past time off of Glenside! In today’s world we need more people like Walt and Liz! The waiter was so nice I am on the way home now right now but she was so nice!!!! And the food was so good the menu had a picture of the mozzarella stick cheese stretching across the top and they did not lie the cheese stretched so long it was amazing and the dumplings

The two cayun pastas we ordered were without sauce, the pasta was raw, without cayun flavor or spicy flavor, and they were too oily. The food was also burnt. They didn't have bread either and I paid for some pork ribs that they didn't give me either. We order from the same restaurant every week and lately the food has been getting worse every day.
When me and my mother and sister moved here, we tried Fridays because it seemed like it was a good place to eat, but I was wrong. We were immediately seated, so that was good service, and when we ordered an appetizer of cheese-sticks, those were good too! So we seemed to be on a good start. When our drinks came out, everything was fine, my sister ordered a sprite but it came out in a weird light yellow-green color, which was a huge disappointment, and she had to order a water. Me and my sister ordered the kids steak, and when I came out, it was cold. It was a bit weird because they came out at the same time. Fridays was a let down because we thought so highly of this place before we tried it—but like I said, at least the cheese-sticks were good!

Had lunch on 8/6/ around 2:00-3:00pm, it was empty with exception of group of ladies sitting to the left I would say about 10. We were a party of 6, you only had 1 wait staff on duty and someone that was OVER EXPOSED serving food. This was not a good look for your patrons, fingernails were about 3-6 inches long. I was not sure if I was at TGIF or TWIN PEAKS there was.children in there under the age of 16. As an out of towner, I will stay clear of this restaurant I was told by several of the locals I should have never gone there.

General manager Tina from the TGI Friday’s Off of Hull St., Road, very rude when I got there my food was very cold and not the way I ordered it online I spoke with the general manager Tina and explained to her that I ordered extra sauce they gave me plain chicken with the sauce in the container which means it is not extra if there’s no sauce on it at all and this is what I tried to explain to her I paid extra for sauce this is not extra long story short I told her because she wanted to argue about how she was right and I was wrong that a customer should always be right and she said no they’re not always right all the time. and told me that they shouldn’t have to eat the prices of food that I decided that I did not want because it was cold
