Tonight was our first night actually seeing the restaurant Extremely busy. I will say that good help is hard to find BUT there was light at the end of the tunnel… the manager (female- Trisha( please forgive me as I forgot) and the host Messiah were definitely the most competent and cared about what their customers. Kudos to you two for making it work. With the obvious strain on staff, we understood why our brownie was a little skimpy on the ice cream 😉 Lol

This totally use to me my go to place but I am disappointed that they have fired one of my favorite bartenders/servers Nicole. I love to support a business that values their employees but this location seems to not. They have lost a great customer in me!

This place is trash, used to love TGIs! Sucks that I have to live closest to one that is so awful. App cold , burger looked terrible with cold soft bun, service was alright but definitely not worth trying this crap again! It was slow as heck on a Thursday night and just doesn’t make sense to me.

$50+ for two poorly microwaved entrees is insane. This isn’t inflation or covid this is corporate greed.
Do yourself a favor and just buy some frozen dinners from the grocery store or go to any other restaurant. You’ll get better service and atmosphere too because Fridays likes to run off of skeleton crews on weekend nights.
I’m sick and tired of seeing employees stressed and having a terrible time because Fridays doesn’t want to schedule the help that they need.
I hope that chapter 11 protections will allow you to staff better and increase the quality of your food. otherwise you should have filed for chapter 7.

I want to talk about the to go food service. I am a frequent customer and lately the service has declined a lot. They don't serve the extra sides that I paid for. They made me wait more than 30 extra minutes for some ribs and to top it off, they were extra spicy for some reason. The truth is that as a customer, I am very disappointed. I will not order from there again unless it improves, this is becoming a frequent occurrence.

This is my favorite Fridays. The staff are so friendly and the ribs are The Best!!!
I ordered 20 meals for takeout with written/clear verbal instructions, prepaid $400 & 2 hours to have order ready for pickup. It took 2.5 hours, repeated my instructions & tell them how to get the order organized. 4 different workers told me 4 different times that my order was being packed. I will NEVER visit them again for a take out order.

Our server was brilliant. Super attentive. The food here however is sub-par. Ribs with little meat on them, appetizers and fries served at room temperature, dipping sauces with a "skin" on the surface, sauces from other meals dried onto my chipped plate. There are reasons why the local Texas Roadhouse's business is booming. Friday's is one of them.

The menu updates we tried were tasty. Sorry the fried green beans are gone...they were my Mom's favorite. The service was friendly and quick. Hadn't been in a while...pleasant surprise!
