From the food to the service everything was fantastic! Their happy hour menu is a great deal, I tried a cosmopolitan and omg it was amazing and they did not skimp on the alcohol like most establishments do.The steamed oysters were amazing according to my Fiancé (I’m not an oyster fan) they were nice and plump looking.Then for their regular dinner menu we ordered the ribs and seafood potstickers, the ribs were a little spicy for me but the potstickers were amazing, highly recommend you try them!
Their sirloin steak and fries were amazing, the steak melted in your mouth and comes out sliced which was a nice touch.
I had the shrimp pasta and omg it was amazing, the linguine melts in your mouth and the sauce is bursting with flavor!
We finished up with the cream brûlée and as always it was perfect!
Taylor was our waitress tonight and did an excellent job :)

Stopped in for happy hour on a Sunday. Nice selection of drinks and apps, available every day. The atmosphere was pleasant and service was great.

I went 2 times this week Sunday was a bit of a miss went after church and the server struggled with our 7 person table, she could use some training using a tray.

Tuesday everything was great, service was spectacular and quick. Their oysters were a hit along with the shecrab soup. Ask for extra sherry!!

I give the food 5 stars, but my wife didn't enjoy her meal or dessert. Service was great, but there were few diners when we arrived which made it odd to be seated directly across a narrow center divide from a party of 4 when there were plenty of tables to provide a bit more privacy.

Visited last night for the first time , We were sat twenty minutes before our waiter ever came to the table . The Moscow mule was delicious. The seasonal drink pumpkin harvest left a ton to be desired. I ordered the seafood pasta which had over cooked lobster and shrimp with the tails still on covered in sauce . Comparably we will stick with latitudes in the future

The food was consistently delicious and the service was great. I had the salmon and my guest had sea bass. I highly recommend!

my husband and i were getting ready to order dinner for our anniversary to get takeout and have a nice evening at home- never in my LIFE have i been told that i can’t place a take out order because the “kitchen is backed up”

glad to know someone has an establishment doing well enough in this economy to turn away business 😅😅😅 i personally can’t remember the last time i’ve been at a restaurant that i’ve seen it busy, let alone busy enough to “back up a kitchen”

We went to dinner at Hardshell for our 40th wedding anniversary. I made reservations online through OpenTable and it was easy and convenient. When we arrived the host greeted us in a friendly manner and showed us to our table. The noise level was perfect and my husband and I were able to talk easily and be heard by each other. Our waitress was courteous and efficient. She brought our drinks and then took our orders. The food was exceptional. While I had noted on the reservation that we were there celebrating our anniversary, our waitress seemed not to know. She never mentioned anything, nor did she wish us a Happy Anniversary. It wasn´t until after I mentioned to the very kind manager that it was our anniversary that he bought us a piece of key lime pie to celebrate. Our waitress had been ready to give us the check. Overall a wonderful meal and will definitely come back!!

Always a great place to go to. Service was excellent. Was seated right away, food came out quickly, wait staff always checking on you. Will come back.

Good was good, very noisy. Waiter was ok but nothing special. When making reservation I was asked if this was special occasionon, it was. Maitradee acknowledged the occasion, but that was it. Waiter said nothing. Why ask, if your restaurant servers aren't going to acknowledge anything

We stopped in and sat at the bar. We enjoyed ourselves. Let’s get the bad out of the way. We should have ordered the raw oysters. They were much larger than the Rockefeller. Other than that we ordered three different appetizers and they were all good. The drinks were delicious and why enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The team members were great and this is close to home so it’s a quick stop and grab a bit and drink place during the week. We will be returning. The restaurant is beautiful.

I was a little disappointed not getting to try the Emporer's Old Fasioned cocktail, but I was very appreciative of our server Taylor on her level of communication, and she more than made up for it with her service. I hope she gets to a chance to see that me and my wife were appreciative of her hard work. My steak was excellent, and my wife's lobster was delicious however brief a lobster tail can be in terms of enjoyment. Its never quite big enough is it...? (IYKYK) My wife's tiramisu dessert margarita was delicious. The crab cake was a little burned at the bottom, and pot stickers were also a little burned, but I'm a realist. The servers didn't cook this. I could tell all of your service team was working hard this evening, and I hope their manager, and even as far as ownership knows that they don't have a lazy team in an area that I can personally describe as what I believe is a demanding clientele. I've been a patron at both locations in downtown and in Midlothian. I'm still going to tip my hat in favor of the downtown location as it has a better atmosphere with its aesthetics, and the food wasn't burned, but despite whatever shortcomings, me and my wife enjoyed our time being served by your staff and I look forward to our next meal!
