The customer service is absolutely horrible. I placed an order for pick and walked in to get it. There were two people working and neither one of them spoke. I was the only person in there. They walked right past me twice put the order in the pick up section and never glanced my way, asked if it was my order or even acknowledge my presence. I guess I am lucky that I was there to pick up an order and not actually place an order or I never would've gotten help.

We stood there in line for like 10 minutes and no one came to take our order so we left. Worker came to give one person food and saw us but never even acknowledged us.

I was just in this place with my friend, I am a regular customer for my milkshake and we got to the counter and there was no one serving us, we said hello hello we thought someone is in the back but no no one came out again we said hello hello and we got no answer after a few minutes a young man came out and went straight to the machine without any kindness he didn't say hello or apologize and took our order in short an unpleasant entourage that is the second time in one of their stores that I think the managers should have a strict meeting because one goes to buy not to ask for our order it was ready and only the boy gave it to us and turned around without saying thank you we were the ones who said thank you but I was already disappointed

The first impression was the dirty kitchen and tables, second: the service was slow and the food was cold and poorly served. The people who work there really have no experience in this service.

Service deserves a 0. I waited 10 minutes in front of the line and no one said anything; no a hello, a welcome or we will be with you in a few. 18 more minutes just to place my order.

Place is dirty and disorganized.

I don’t mind waiting but 28 to place an order it’s out of control.

No concern what so ever for customers. Was there today at 1:00 to pick up to go order and when I arrived no one greeted me for at least 5-10 minutes. Others were standing in line and also not being helped. There was a young man working in the kitchen that was complaining to the young girl working that he hasn’t been paid correctly and they need to fix that sh!t loud enough for all to hear. When my order was ready 15 minutes after estimated time the young man throws my food on the counter and walks away. Meanwhile the customers in line still have yet to be addressed and had been waiting for over 15 minutes in line with no greeting or ordering. Do better!!

The wrap was gross, and kale salad had no flavor. Definitely skip

Went and had to hold my breath. The entire store smells putrid from the door. I don't see how anyone could stomach anything from here. They definitely don't dump the trash cans as I saw they were overflowing which means spoiled food and fruit from people's leftover juice or meal in the trash. The fact they had no customers and 5 people working means they're all ok with being this nasty.
