I see why the rating is so low! If you know anything about the color wheel than you know if you add red to green it’s going to turn brown. As an avid tropical smoother I know what my order should look like! First one was bright light green and tasted of coconut which I subbed for pomegranate and lime juice for cranberry juice… both green meaning no or very little red anything is added to the point I can only taste avocado. Like if you don’t have the ingredients I asked for just say that OR if you are passive aggressively insisting my subs aren’t enough to taste what I’m getting say that as well instead of wasting 25 minutes of my time to scoop and blend something incorrectly twice! Just get a new job.

They make my favorite smoothie Perfect!!!!
My only issue is they don't answer the phone. Some of us that work in the AM would like to call and place an order prior to coming, but not Once have they ever answered the phone and I've been calling for months. I even say something when I get there and I just get the same apology. The best apology is changed behavior. Answer the phone Please!!! Sheesh

The staff were friendly and the place was clean, but the food was actively disgusting. The service was friendly and fast, so they deserve credit for that. I got a chicken pesto flatbread and a jetty junior. The jetty junior was so sour, but was blended nice. THE PESTO FLATBREAD THOUGH was literally (not exaggerating) completely drenched in oil to the point it went through the wrapper and a napkin I placed below the wrapper. I had no choice, but the eat it unless I wanted to skip lunch completely and it was just baked to the brim with oil. It was so gross. Again the staff were good with direct service in the front, but however was cooking that day needs to have the stove taken away. I had to go through three clorox wipes just to clean my hands off after holding it.

I visited this place about three months ago. I ordered online as I normally do. It took me 20 minutes to get there. Upon arriving, I wasn’t sure if they were open. Lights were out and when I walked in, nobody was around. After calling to the back for someone to come out, they realized an order had been printed over 20 minutes ago and it hadn’t been done. Mind you there was nobody inside whatsoever and the place looked closed. After the girls realized they missed my order, they had to cut on their equipment in order to start my order. I advised them I didn’t have time to wait and wanted a refund and a manager number to be able to receive it being that they don’t give in store refunds. After calling the manager to advise of what happened, I was immediately cursed out upon him picking up the phone with him not caring that I was a paying customer that did not receive my food or my money back. I called back to the store to advise them of what happened only to be told there’s nothing else she can do and she felt as if she had done enough and hung up on me. She then gave my number to her father who called me to advise me not to go back to the store or they would call the police and have me banned. With all this being recorded inside the store I called corporate to advise them of what happened and to review the tapes to see if I was rude, disrespectful, or aggressive, which I was none of those things. After contacting corporate 3 to 4 times I still have yet to receive my money back from my order, nor has anybody from corporate contacted me about the incident. Not sure what type of establishment this is or how they’re still in business with such low reviews across the board. But this is highly unacceptable and I can see why the workers don’t care because it’s obvious that corporate and the store owner and manager don’t care. They did send me a $10 gift card to visit back to their store as if I would want to go back after that. Crazy thing is is that I spent over $20 in store and have yet to receive my money back. Moral of the story make your smoothies at home or find another smoothie spot cause the only thing they’re smooth at here is getting over on customers.

I received a frozen Acai bowl. I asked if I could get something else because I can't eat a frozen bowl. I was told that is how they come, just wait 5 minutes or so. They took the bowl from me and told me I had to wait till the manager came in to do a refund. They can't make me anything else because nothing is wrong with the bowl, it's just FROZEN. Customer service is not here and neither is a manager or supervisor that can help you out. There is a rude girl who wears a jacket with no name tag.

This location is trifling. Walked in 10 minutes before closing time for an uber eats order. 3 employees standing there doing nothing won’t make the customer order. Horrible service.

Please do something about the unbelievably bad smell You need to immediately shut down for one week and deep clean the entire building It is only because I am busy to be asked to drive Down the street while I’m at work That I have bought anything from this place! Do not respond with some lackadaisical ass message about how your sorry to hear about my displeasure of walking into a “restaurant that smells of rotting garbage and vomit” fix it and now! I mean, seriously, I can see the food particles is sitting on the floor!! Your problem is that you don’t staff enough people to clean properly

The thai wrap I got was basically an overstuffed burrito with tons of toppings and the sauce was too much. Sad to report. Two bites and I was done.

I walked into the cafe today and was never greeted I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without even a hello! There were two employees working a guy and a girl the girl and boy(who had earbuds in his ears) both doing dishes of some sort but even seeing me stand at the counter never came to take my order or even say we’ll be right with you! The girl walks right past me staring at me and looked to be about to take a phone call on her cell phone walking to where the bathrooms are never saying a word like I was bothering her. I waited 3 more minutes nobody comes to take my order so I just walked out because I was so infuriated and refuse to give my money to business that lack basic costumer service!

If I could go lower, I would. This tropical smoothie shouldn’t even have the right to be called a tropical smoothie. I go to a tropical smoothie in Washington, D.C., and it is 1000 times better.

Most of the time, the smoothies come out just right—fresh, tasty, and exactly how I like them. On the rare occasion there’s an issue, the staff is always kind and willing to remake it without hesitation. The place is very clean with a great atmosphere, making it a pleasant spot to visit.

Online orders are super convenient too—9 times out of 10, your smoothie will be ready by the time you arrive for pickup. Great service all around!

For the most part the Smoothie comes out just right, however if there is an issue the staff is nice enough to remake smoothie. Place is clean and the atmosophere is great. Alo if you order online before you pick up 9 times out of 10 it will be ready.
