We ordered delivery through the TSC App. Our order arrived without any of our smoothies. When I tried to get in touch with the branch, the phone rings and rings and eventually just hangs up without an option to leave a voicemail. We called several times with the same result. I had to search Google for the customer support phone number, because it’s not in an easy-to-find place on their website. Finally found the number and got in touch with someone, only for her to act like she didn’t even realize she picked up a phone call. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or state that she was a CSR with TSC. I had to start the conversation, and then had to ask if I was calling the correct number. Customer support was wholly unhelpful, and just put in the same request form I had already put in on their website. So now we have to wait for a response from “upper management” just to have our refund processed for the smoothies we did not receive from Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe. We put in an order for delivery for convenience purposes, and spending half of my morning just trying to get a refund for the smoothies I didn’t receive has been far from convenient.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious—I ordered the Bacon Ranch Turkey Sandwich and paired it with an Island Green Smoothie. Both were fresh and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. All in all, they did a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back! Only complaint is that they need to have napkins available.
I ordered through DoorDash and had to drive all the way to the store because my order was incorrect. I understand it’s a busy store and accidents happen but after I explained what happened and brought the incorrect food in all I got was a quick “sorry about that”and the food remade. I paid extra to go through DoorDash and wasn’t offered any compensation for having to drive over myself to get the correct food.

Every time I get a sandwich from here, it’s damn near inedible. Completely over sauced and messy to the point where the sandwich is falling apart. It’s so frustrating to grab lunch and then not be able to eat because your sandwich is falling apart all over you. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. It doesn’t matter if it’s a wrap or a flatbread. Someone in there does not give a damn about food prep and it shows. Stick to the smoothies.
I went in a little after 11:00 and I was there for 5 minutes and left with a delicious chicken pesto flatbread sandwich and an orange creamsicle. Lost 1 star for atmosphere but who goes to Tropical Smoothie for atmosphere?
They take 30-40 minutes past the estimated time that the food would ready and they are always understaffed and unfriendly. The smoothies always have to be made over again because they have no flavor and taste like just ice, they’re not even the normal color of the smoothies just colorless and flavorless. Don’t get me started on the food either because it’s always messy and skimpy. My most recent visit they didn’t even give me my sides for my meals, my Baja chicken wrap had all of three pieces of chicken in it, my smoothies were melted and the chicken bacon ranch flatbread was all ranch. Can’t even call and talk to a manager because they don’t even answer the phone. And I waited 35 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time. This is by far the worst TS I’ve ever been to. And this has been months to a year of service this wasn’t a first time experience for me.

Half the time I have to go get my smoothie remade because it will have no flavor and tastes like nothing but ice but today with my food was on a whole other level of laziness. My Peanut butter banana crunch flatbread was not only made as messy as possible but the rotten banana they put on it wasn't even cut up..... The franchise needs to come in and retrain this owner so this location doesn't fail. It is in such a prime spot but if the owner is tired then he needs to give it up because these employees aren't getting better and I don't see him/her there to make it better. I mean look at all the other reviews.
Went and picked up smoothies today. My wife and daughter's smoothies were perfect. Mine was horrible. First of all the cup wasn't even full. I was missing about a quarter of my smoothie. Secondly it was super loose. Had the consistency of a soup broth. My only guess is that they gave me an older smoothie. Third I couldn't even taste the juice. It tasted like just the greens. I thought about going back in to ask for a new one, but I'm really sick and just wanted to go home. Don't send dead food out of your expo window.
Waited 15 minutes just for someone to come out and take our order when there was only two of us in there waiting. After 15 minutes we had assumed the girl just needed a restroom break, but saw another worker was also there and they were in the back just talking away. Came out and took another guys order and ignored us, and then the other girl came up to the register and didn’t say anything so we had assumed she was gonna take our order and she did luckily. And then we waited another 15 minutes just for 2 drinks to be made, and our server Kiarra rudely threw them on the counter. Never will we return. Should have never needed to wait that long when no one was in there, and our drinks not even be worth it.
It’s getting annoying how in DoorDash we aren’t receiving straws And the DRINKs and food should be sealed WAY BETTER AND THANK YOU
This place has really gone up in the last couple of months!! Impressed cannot begin to describe it. Has its slow days, but it's only because it's so busy... Hailey does fantastic every time she works! She is a value to the team.
