Absolutely fun to bowl here, no complaints at all on that...my complaint is with the service quality. We placed a drink order on an hour long game to start off and 30 mins later still didnt have our 2 drinks. I had to go up and ask the 6 girls that were standing around the bar for them. Then the group next to us ordered fries and for $11 got cold fries and the portion could barely feed 1 kid. Definitely needs improvement
We went there New year's Eve and saw the band Teaze. The band was great. They play 80's music. We really enjoyed our night. There were a lot of people there, but they had enough bartenders working so you didn't have to wait too long for service. It was $20.00 to get in, but it was because it was New Year's Eve which is really not much when compared to other places for that night. They had party favors, prizes and champagne at midnight. Fun place to gather and spend time with family and friends! There's always lots of birthday parties going on, and it's usually packed. However, the place being busy doesn't slow down the customer service or diminish the level of courtesy that the staff displays. The food and drinks are decent. Upgrades on the bowling balls would be nice. The arcade options are plenty. I enjoy coming to Uptown Alley and would definitely recommend you visit for a good time!
