I ordered the steak and eggs here and ask for my steak to be medium rare and my eggs to be sunny side up. The steak came out raw and cold! It's like they only cooked it on each side for 1 minute. I also had enough raw egg to cook another egg. I was disgusted. Only the yolk should be runny everything else should be cooked. And you can also cook a medium rare steak without poisoning someone. The waffle also tasted Raw! My server also served me A1 sauce that had dried up sauce all over the lid. this place is a health hazard. the color of the raw steak was a brown color as well. nasty! Took my meal Togo and fed the steak to my dog.

On October 8, 2023, at approximately 5:30 a.m. at the Waffle House location, #2134, 7119 Hull Street Rd, North Chesterfield, VA 23235, a server who was cleaning tables informed my friend when she walked in that they weren't serving food, however, there was a booth with four people eating. When I tried to call the store back, approximately 7:15 a.m. to get a number to a General Manager/District Manager no one answered the phone.First of all, let me say that am highly offended. This has happened several times to me in various locations. Waffle House it's supposed to be open 24/7. I have made complaints before and have spoken to district managers in the area about their stores. Apparently, Waffle House does not care anymore or this would change.
