The store manager doesn't know how to talk to the employees she rude and nasty to them. I was in the store and heard her be every rude to them this Walmart need a better manager

This is a mildly large Walmart Supercenter between Midlothian and Richmond City. It's just off the state highway and overall was alright. It seemed well-organized, not particularly dirty or clean, with items in-stock. It has a combined Subway/Auntie Anne's in-store. In short, nothing really positive or negative stood out about this location. The main benefit probably is that it's relatively centrally located in the Southwestern Richmond area and seemed very well staffed in terms of number of personnel working.

I really like to get my meats (poultry, pork, and beef roasts) from this Walmart instead of my local one. So, I stop by on my home after appointments in Richmond. The only thing I do not like is that there are only two check out aisles!! TWO!!!!Now, I understand that the store would prefer that I check myself out; which I have done (grudgingly) irregardless of the amount of products in my basket. But, it's difficult when there is only ONE person to help you check yourself out (which was the case the last time I was there)!!!! USUALLY, there is more help. I was very frustrated; AND, felt so sorry for that one poor woman that was trying to help about 4 or 5 people (including myself) that were trying to check out of there.BUT, the staff is NICE and prices are reasonable. GOOD PLACE TO SHOP!!

I like this location the best they are cleaner then most other locations. Also the lady who greats you is so nice and she goes out of her way to find me a electric cart because I have a disability and cannot walk that big store.

Clean, well stocked, and not crowded at opening time. In and out in no time. Nice greeting at the door and well wishes when leaving.

Aside from the parking lot, it's easy to get in and out. Quick shopping trip if you're prepared with a list and know the layout of the store. Usually use the self checkout unless I'm paying with cash and card. The checkout area can get backed up sometimes, not allowing for the area to be wiped down between customers. That's the only issue for me.Asking employees questions usually works out. They help guide me in the right direction or take the time to look up a certain item and tell me if they carry it or not. Which is helpful because I'm not sure how often walmart updates their products to match/compete with other stores on certain health foods. Time is saved this way.And the optical center has been a huge help as well. I wasn't sure if the optician had heard of a certain rare condition pertaining to the eyes and brain. Luckily, she was familiar and helped me find relief in picking sunglasses. Explained them to me their benefits and now I'm in less pain just because she took the time to talk with me. Very thankful for her assistance.

Walmart in general stinks. They advertise that Walmart will make arrangements to help those who are unable to wear masks. HA! YEAH RIGHT! I tried to do the right thing and order something so that I could do the curb side pick up. Well apparently you have to have a $35 minimum to do the curbside pick up. I didn't need $35 worth of stuff. When I called they said that they could not do anything about it. OK I'm not allowed in your store with out a mask and try to do the right thing and yet you claim that you will work with your customers but yet no one tried to figure out anything to help me. Oh but I went to Target and they did everything they could to help me and that they did. I had to pay more but they figured out things so that I could get what I needed. I didn't mind paying the extra because they took the time and don't discriminate like Walmart does.

I stopped in for an early lunch. I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub. The bread was toasted perfectly and the ingredients were fresh. The sandwich maker was polite and friendly. The restaurant was a little dirty and cluttered in the back of the store.

The one lady that usually works at the self checkout is horrible. I made a mistake, and after she fixed it she inspected my receipt and kept taking everything out of my bags and asking me how much everything was. Make sure you don't make any mistakes while she's working, because she'll hold you there for 10 minutes quizzing you on every item you got. This Walmart definitely went downhill. Go to the one right up the road if you want a good Walmart.
