AARON FOR THE WIN! I came with the family on a packed Sunday, the cashier Aaron was ON IT! He's definitely a Rockstar!

First I'll say I'm a longtime regular customer service is always great & the food is well prepared.. This evening I was surprised to see the cook not wearing gloves while dropping burgers on the grill & with a bandaid on one hand 😏 !!! I'm sure survesafe recommends something different ..

Terrible customer service. The employees were rude and refused to serve me in the drive-through even though it’s posted as open until 1 AM. They also closed and locked the doors well before closing time.

Quick stop for breakfast biscuits and I was greeted and served by Sarah who was so incredibly sweet. The sausage biscuit was quite tasty too. Like i told Sarah, “ I came to the right Wendys”.

Slowest Wendy’s ever. Why do you have to wait 10 mins to take your order. It’s awful like where is the staff ‘oh outside while there is a slow line’

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 mins before someone came on it. Place sucks. Stay away. Food usually always old or cold. Go to a different wendys. Employees are very rude

As nobody will ever answer the phone, I am going let the Hull St. neighborhood know how poor the service is at this location. For the second time in a month, my drive thru order was incomplete or just wrong. It's never worth driving back to get a order corrected!!! Today, not only was the order wrong, the girl at the window never greeted me or thanked me. The little huddle in that area was too busy talking among themselves!!! No manager or someone appearing to be in charge is never seen!!!
I will take my business elsewhere!!!

Really positive environment. James took our order -- so upbeat and welcoming! Love the new Fuego meal! Always get a kick out of seeing how the holiday tree is decorated (it was bare yesterday, so we're presuming they are getting ready for a blow-out).

Went to drive thru with my husband my husband orders 2 jr cheeseburgers with only mayo and ketchup and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers only 2 6 pieces nuggets small fry large fry the lady didn’t hear my husband and only said 2 jr cheeseburgers my husband asked if she had his 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers she I got it we pay for the order only to find my husband 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers where not in there we go back to window and I ask for a manager I said hey my husband orders 2 jr cheeseburgers only ketchup and mayo 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers 2 6 piece nuggets small fry and large fry
He’s like I gotta charge for this I’m like ok ring it up he goes I can’t hear you can you speak up I say ok so I spoke up and repeated myself and said can I get both my receipts back I’m
Waiting like how much is it he say you what have a nice day I’m like what are you talking about how much do they cost mind you I have my 1 year old grandson in the back seat crying because he’s hungry my 9 year old daughter fussing because she’s hungry I’ve been at work all day why would have a attitude I’m making sure my family eats but now we gotta wait for more food I need you to hear me he says to me I don’t like your tone I’m like sir I’m trying to make sure you hear me you asked me to speak up he has all types of machine noise I’m confused I’m like who owns this Wendy’s because what the heck man I shake my head he goes me I own this Wendy’s I go oh you own the business not Wendy’s name he goes yes I do this foreign black man with strong accent looks at me says yes I do I don’t like your attitude I’m like you don’t like that I’m black and spoke up so you can hear me and you calling me dude I just want my food right the first time it’s frustrating when you want the best for your people all people and our people assume the worst of me a black woman that works would not recommended this wendy to no one he assume the worst of me and all I wanted was for him to hear me 😢

The service was a bit slow ans manager was fussing at a deive though work with due cause but she fixed the workees violation and did come and help.the food was hot and fresh ans crispy. My grandson special ordered a frosty and it wasnt a problem .

This location is absolutely horrible. If you want something fast don’t come here! I I don’t think I’ve ever gotten out of there in under 20 minutes and it’s not because it’s busy. Most of the time the order is incorrect as well. Each time I think I’ll give them a second chance because they’re competitors around them are so busy and each time I regret it.
