I was displeased with our food for my son and myself food wasn't hot and his egg on his sandwich was under cooked very dissatisfying visit. And we waited for our food and that was the result,will not eat there again for breakfast.

Wendy's never fails with fast food always hot, fast friendly service. Best one I have ever been to.
Stopped in after work to get something to eat was asked to wait a moment which I was ok with when ordering I was rushed to get pulled when they got my money When they brought my food out I had no blue cheese for my nuggets when the gentleman brought the blue cheese out he stood at the door and was going to throw it through my car window, and when I proceeded to tell him, I don’t even have no utensils to eat my food with his reply was I didn’t bag it to him going back in me waiting another 10 minutes for the manager to come out and when I asked her, she was the manager she said yes, and I tried to tell her my complaint and she wouldn't give me the time of day. very rude disrespectful crew I get when your ready to leave and go home but as my boss tells me guest pay your pay check if it wasn’t for guest you wouldn’t be working here. Do better Wendy’s I’ll be speaking to hired ups
The majority of the time the food is hot. Service is always faster than other locations! The atmosphere is renovated always clean tables and seasonal decor. I've only encountered one rude drive through associate and that was because I had a Trump hat! My politics aside, the location associates almost always acknowledge your entrance, this may not seem of much value.. but it's what pushed me to stop by almost everyday now. The location going into Richmond had zero customer attention and dirty restrooms and nasty attitudes. So far a positive and experience here at this location.

If you pull up 10 mins before closing, they will not serve you and just say no we aren't open!
