I went through the drive thru today and ordered fries. By the time I got to the second window the young man gave me two chilis instead. When I told him I ordered fries the manager yells “ I don’t have fries on my screen only two chili’s. I told the young man at the window this is not what I ordered and the manager became louder and more agitated and said “ that’s all I got on my screen! Then the young man says sorry like I’m supposed to just take the chili and leave. I told them both “No I ordered fries and I’m not leaving with something I didn’t order. Finally they made my fries and the manager still didn’t say sorry or even offer a refund for the confusion. I don’t know what his issue was but he should not be a manager, yet alone even be talking to customers with that nasty attitude.

I’ve never had an issue with this Wendy’s previously. However, the new manager Jon( or John) is awful. He is an older white man. I pulled up to the window and his attitude was beyond horrible. In the process of my order, (while still at the ordering machine). I asked for a different sandwich, apparently that set John off. He caught an attitude, like I was causing him to have an issue WITH HIS JOB. However, I ignored it and went to the window. As I approach the window, John says- Excuse me, be more cautious when you are ordering: as the individuals in the back already prepared a chicken sandwich and already have your bag ready. He was very rude. I asked for my card back to leave, he proceeded to say HASTA LUEGO as I’m driving away. It was very child- like behavior. This is unacceptable. I have already filed a complaint with corporate Wendy's and I will be writing a letter to the franchise owner of this Wendy’s. John was unaware, but I have a close friend oversees multiple Wendy’s in the area. I will certainly make sure this made known and this will be the last time I return to this Wendy’s. It is such as shame as the previous manager was so much better. I cannot believe his attitude. The sad part is, I think he may be the manager of this Wendy’s.

Went to this Wendys for the new frosty after not being able to get into a different Wendy's down the road. The service was excellent at this store. The young man was very polite and quickly prepared our frosty's. We will definitely return to this store.

Best place to work at and make the most extra money under the table. Periodic cash only drive thru at night. Money in your pocket, tax free.Not paid enough, apparently can't afford a manager that is there or knows what is going on, or is on it, making the nightly cash. Maybe that green, naiven, oblivious, or just not paid or inceti to optimize well much at all. Hmm... sounds like a business failure.

It’s a Wendy’s, there’s not much to say on that. This review however is for Ronisha (sp) who run the drive through. She’s always pleasant and cordial with a bright personality. I don’t expect her to stay here forever but her personality will take her anywhere she wants to go.

every time I go at night time the food is always HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS. Which is rare now a days. Also the staff is friendly and have a good service! the best Wendy’s in Richmond!!!!!!!!!
