The last thing I expected when making a visit to Wendys, was that I would be motivated to write a review. I try to steer clear of fast food, but it was an emergency situation given it was late and the kids needed a quick bite. All I can say is that Aiden made the experience. His energy and attitude are what every management team and customer needs. What could have been an underwhelming commoditized experience, was memorable thanks to him. A rare occurrence, may not be such a rare occurrence after all. Thank you!

The location used to lowkey suck but lately they’ve really been on their game. Who i assume is the manager personally came out to our car to apologize for closing early because they were short staffed and even gave us a coupon for a free frosty. The other night we went again and literally got like top tier service by Britney. She was so patient and helpful and her energy was awesome. On top of that who i am assuming again was the manager was hyping her up too. Just good vibes and food was perfect

Multiple customers including myself waiting 34 minutes for an order of nuggets and a drink. The only cashier is taking orders, building plates, and making DoorDash orders meanwhile there’s 6+ people in line waiting management needs to hire them some help

Huge sign on front window stating dining room opens at 630AM. Dining room has been locked for breakfast every time I've checked. Either unlock your doors or remove the sign

I went here for lunch and I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. I spent another 15 in the drive thru waiting to say I’m here and then I was told to pull forward and wait another 15 minutes just to get lunch. This is not quality customer service or speed for fast food. 40 minutes to get a MOBILE ORDER.

There was a young gentleman running food at approximately 10:44 PM. We were very impressed by his work ethic and customer service skills. There was a pick up in the busyness of the store and he still showed compassion despite the many cars that were coming down the line. Very respectable, we were very appreciative of this experience, thank you.

My mother and I have been to this Wendy’s quite a few times and every time has been such a blessing! The employees have been so kind and considerate, especially accommodating for things they may not have available. I truly love this Wendy’s location! Temi and Rhema both had excellent customer service; nothing but good vibes at the window! We will definitely be back again!

Manager lies about why he can't serve us... Says EVERY one of his employees was on break at the same time. And we could come back in 30 minutes... Really?! Don't waste your time going here.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The staff members are consistently awesome and some of the most polite food workers out there! Always look forward to coming to this location. Great job 👍🏼ETA: this location is SLOW. Like, incredibly slow. Just know that going in and your experience will be better. The workers make up for it!

Food sucks, either the mic broke, the register broke, out of sweet tea, you always have to wait for a minute before getting your order taken. Even when no 1 is in line but you. Ask for bbq sauce you get catsup. The food is that hot, 3 days in a row and still the same bs so I'm never going there again. They made me late for work all 3 days.

Service was the worst. Lobby full of people and so was the drive thru. There was more lolly gagging then serving the customers. I will never return back to this particular Wendy's. I ask for my money.

Ordered a Krabby Patty Meal. Though it tastes like every other Wendy's burger, this one was well crafted and had a very good sauce, fresh lettuce and onions that crunched when I bit into it. Was around 1:45pm on Oct. 16 seemed to only be one cook in the kitchen and he did an AMAZING job. Very happy
