Do not go here. Do not go inside, do not order online (they won't receive it), and definitely do not go in the drive through. I try to keep my expectations realistic for fast food but this place is unbelievably poorly managed.
If you must go to Wendy's, and you must go to this Wendy's, expect to wait 30+ minutes if you get your food at all.

This is probably the worst and most incompetent fast food in the area. We have given it a few tries thinking maybe it was a one time fluke, but each time they’ve royally messed up our DoorDash orders. The first time they forgot all of the fries, the second time they sent us a “sandwich” that only had bun and bacon even though it was ordered correctly, the third and last time we order they forget EVERY sandwich except for… you guessed it… ANOTHER empty sandwich with just bacon. It’s actually impressive how terrible they’re at doing the simplest tasks.

All of the bad reviews about the drive thru taking 45 mins are accurate. I stopped here for lunch otw to a jobsite, it took around 30 mins for one order. I sat at the drive thru microphone for about 10 mins with no acknowledgement, so I said hello, I was greeted with an angry older black lady saying SIR I'LL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE. I bet money this Wendy's location will not be here in the next year or so. The employees are nice but the management is terrible. No ketchup either. There's plenty of other food places around here with much better options. I won't be back.

I'm from germany. Been there the first time. Awesome food! The American sizes of food and drinks are really big though, lol But I gotta say, for the fact that I found it really loud in there (no customers, just the surroundings itself), the dude who was in front spoke really silently and that's hard if English isn't your first language...

Ordered on the app, they cannot find it, then then found it, we ended up coming inside. Showed girl at drive through the order confirmation on the app she tried to tell us it was the wrong store, yet it wasn't. Come on if you mess up move the order to the front of the line! Horrable service! After 15min and cranky kids we find out they had mistakenly given our order to the wrong person. Took a total of 44min to get out order!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't bother apologizing, do better! Also they were out of ketchup on a Saturday! Don't worry we still paid full price and they also forgot part of our order that we paid for!!!!!
