I ordered food in the drive and waited over 20 min while seeing ppl with larger orders leave with their food. I ended leaving after a half hour and they didn’t bring my food. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

No one in line, placed an order asking for a single with nothing but mustard and extra onion. Got a complete cheeseburger with lettuce tomato, cheese, mayo and one ring of onion. Also ordered chili. After 15 minute wait, paid and drove away. Checked bag, no crackers for chili. Went back thru drive thru, and got two packs of crackers and a lot of attitude. Didn’t check the single until I got home, but was hugely disappointed with all the goop. This is the third time they messed up. Nobody cares. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to.

I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes, got to the window, placed my order and then was told they cant take anymore orders and they’re closing the store. At 11am. Worst experience I’ve had at any food place.

hi i have been in the restaurant aa few times this month an i have to tell u it wasn't good i had to go to target so i went over to Wendy's what i experience WAS awful no one greeted me when i got there the food was cold there was this one guy who wasn't even ready to work but he was working there he was asleep in the front of the store on the chairs they have sleeping an he was one of the most vaguer looking people i have ever seen they looked all depressed non of them looked they took pride in there work or the restaurant the back of the restaurant look disgusting

$5 biggie bag was upgraded to medium by the host. I was charged $5.99 plus tax. When I questioned the higher price, she said she upgraded my order to medium and asked did I not want the medium? I had to wait for my food. I was not mad because I wanted hot fresh food. But I had a problem with my order being upgraded without asking me.

The store is nasty, bathroom sink had dirty standing water in. Highchairs had ice cream in them, soda machine is covered in splash from old soda you can tell they don't clean it. Every table had food on it or was sticky, floor was nasty. Surprised anyone eats here willingly

The last thing I expected when making a visit to Wendys, was that I would be motivated to write a review. I try to steer clear of fast food, but it was an emergency situation given it was late and the kids needed a quick bite. All I can say is that Aiden made the experience. His energy and attitude are what every management team and customer needs. What could have been an underwhelming commoditized experience, was memorable thanks to him. A rare occurrence, may not be such a rare occurrence after all. Thank you!

The location used to lowkey suck but lately they’ve really been on their game. Who i assume is the manager personally came out to our car to apologize for closing early because they were short staffed and even gave us a coupon for a free frosty. The other night we went again and literally got like top tier service by Britney. She was so patient and helpful and her energy was awesome. On top of that who i am assuming again was the manager was hyping her up too. Just good vibes and food was perfect

Multiple customers including myself waiting 34 minutes for an order of nuggets and a drink. The only cashier is taking orders, building plates, and making DoorDash orders meanwhile there’s 6+ people in line waiting management needs to hire them some help

Huge sign on front window stating dining room opens at 630AM. Dining room has been locked for breakfast every time I've checked. Either unlock your doors or remove the sign

I went here for lunch and I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. I spent another 15 in the drive thru waiting to say I’m here and then I was told to pull forward and wait another 15 minutes just to get lunch. This is not quality customer service or speed for fast food. 40 minutes to get a MOBILE ORDER.
