Slowest service ever! Nobody running the drive thru for pick ups or any order. 3 managers and 3 employees in the store, not short staffed. People pulling outta drive thru line like crazy

Worst Wendys ever..if the health department showed up there I am pretty sure they would shut them down.. Service extremely extremely slow. Place is filthy! When we went there was either oil or water all over the floor by fryers. Employees were pushing the liquid under the fryers with their feet. Will NEVER go back !!!! DISGUSTING

The worst Wendy’s ever. Incredibly slow ALWAYS. Has the doors locked outside while there is people inside because they don’t have enough workers. Couldn’t cancel my online order that i waited for for 30 minutes.

I visit this Wendy’s several times a week, and the food is always good. There’s a gentleman, possibly the manager or owner, who I sometimes see at the register, and when he’s there the store runs exceptionally well. The staff is extra pleasant, service is quick, and the overall vibe is great. Even when he’s not there, service is fine, but his presence really stands out. He gives 100% to customer service and interacts with employees in a way that is both firm and respectful.

My son loves eating at your restaurant, but this location leaves a lot to be desired! The restaurant floor was extremely dirty in the kitchen area. Some tiles were missing in the fryer area. The restaurant didn't look hygienic at all.

I've come to this location a decent amount of times. Service is always incredibly slow. 20 minutes sitting at the window before anyone even acknowledged us. Driving around, we only saw 2 employees inside. We decided to go to the Wendy's farther away because it's actually reliable.

This is now the second night during business hours I’ve sat at the drive-through for five minutes without being acknowledged, drive around and see employees inside just choosing not to serve anyone. I know they saw me this time and still didn’t respond on a second lap around.

The drive thru and dining room were both empty at noon on a weekday. I can see why - the food sucks.

When I arrived there was no one in line. I pulled up and was told to wait, no big deal. Once I placed my order I was told to pull away from the windows into a parking space to wait. (Still no one else in line)

After waiting 10 to 15 minutes they brought out the wrong food and had to start all over.

Still waiting..... For a WHOLE TEAM OF PEOPLE TO MAKE 1 ORDER.

I would strongly advise against coming here if you have any other plans that are time sensitive

Although having to wait this long has given me time to write them a review!
