I ordered takeout and it was awful. I ordered a roast beef sandwich on wheat, French fries, and an unsweetened iced tea. The sandwich was so sloppy and soggy I had to disassemble it, toss the bread and only eat the inside stuff. There was woefully little meat on this "large" sandwich. The meat that was there was completely devoid of any recognizable flavor. Also there was supposed to be 2 different cheeses on it and I could only identify one tiny little bit of one type of cheese. But at least the cheese (American) did taste like cheese. The provolone was missing in action. The French fries arrived cold. They were standard frozen crinkle cut fries that I could have skipped altogether because they were neither flavorful nor hot so I ended up asking myself "Why am I continuing to eat this stuff?" I ended up throwing most of it in the bin. The unsweetened tea was just boring weak tea. Not bad- it got the job done as far as providing hydration but that's about it. This dismal meal cost me $25 + $5 tip. Basically for a cup of tea. The one or two bites of the food ended up making me feel sick. This has been my only experience with Which Wich. And it will remain my only experience with Which wich.

I have always loved Which Wich, but it’s been a while since I’ve eaten there. My son and I decided to go the other day and we both got our favorite sandwich the BLT, however they changed it and it was disgusting. The bacon they are using now is like bacon bits ? They also changed the house chips and started putting them in these paper bags which I do not understand. Service is non existent because you order on a screen rather than with an employee. Extremely disappointing and will not be going back anytime soon.

Can't with the General manager who can't fill up drinks because the ice might melt before the delivery person gets there so they'd rather a person with unwashed hands prepare my drink. That's disgusting and against the health code.

Terrible place, terrible leadership and actually has random Uber and door dash drivers handling people's drinks without washing their hands or while sneezing all over the drinks they poured themselves to serve others. Don't trust this filthy place. This is unsanitary.

Ya know i came here with some high hopes, Not going to hold ya, it was horrible, me and my family got 3 shakes, none of them were the correct size, and then young lady’s behind the counter are clueless. If i were you i wouldn’t come here. I myself personally will not be returning.

Door dash driver here, this place expects us to pour the drinks, that is not proper, I don't get paid to pour drinks, but you know who does get paid to pour drinks? The employees who work there. They must truly hate dashers. Also the fat manager there is so rude and gross looking, I wouldn't want him handling my food either. Hmmm... That could be why he wouldn't fill the drinks himself, he probably isn't qualified to do so.

Overpriced and mid at best. Ended up paying $20 for what was essentially a Turkey club with stale bread, chips and a drink. Yet another flop in Westchester commons. Store is clean and seemed well maintained, but who cares when the quality is worse than subway?
Idk this place is weird. The older guy behind the counter seems to take offense to bad criticism. I left a bad review after being promoted to leave a review from their automated system.Upon coming back, he confronted me saying he left me a voicemail and then stared me down with his beady little eyes waiting for an explanation as to why I didn't call him back. Well I'm a business owner and my assistant fields what voicemails need my immediate attention. A disgruntled old man that manages a sandwhich shop apparently didn't make the cut and it's obvious he didn't like that.For what it's worth, the second sandwich he made me was pretty decent. But could do without the standoff-bully approach. Just make the sandwich and be quiet bro.

Ordered a BYOB avocado and put on just basic condiments and veggies, got it home and unwrapped it and it's an absolutely disgusting wet mess. Whatever they put on the sandwiche is just swimming in between the now wet bread. No interest in ever going there again. Also took a half hour to order and get the sandwich while waiting. Bad service and bad food.
