Showed up nobody greeted me. Stood in line with nobody at the register for 12 minutes. My order finally taken. I stood back to let others order. 2 other customers came in and left before I got my food. When I asked where my food was it was just thrown aside. I sat down with my food, got none of the sauce I asked for. No sauce with the cheese cake dipper things and my food was cold. This place honestly needs to be shut down. Not worth coming in to the store. And it's not like they were busy.. there was 1 person dining in and nobody, NOBODY in drive thru and it took them that long to even notice me.. also put your phone away. Pretty nasty to touch that and then ppls food with those gloves on

I had a fantastic experience at Zaxby’s located at 911 Walmart Way, Midlothian, VA. I was especially impressed by Cora’s excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of. Cora went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out.
I highly recommend this location and commend Cora for her outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Can never go wrong with zaxbys, the prices hurt the pockets and budget but that's everywhere right now. So I can't necessarily blame them for that. But this place has exceptional chicken for a far food joint of which the flavor cannot be matched. Please don't ever change your recipe.

This Zaxby's is mediocre, at best. Their one redeeming quality is that there cashiers were friendly and helpful - which definitely adds value to the experience! However, the food was terrible. The chicken tenders were dry and overcooked, the fries were unseasoned and the toast was burnt. I am a big Zaxby's fan because I think their chicken is juicier than a lot of other places, but not at this location. May want to do some quality checks and cooking process retraining for your back of house.

Always SO slow. Every time you go through the drive through, they make you pull up and wait there for several minutes before bringing your food out, even for simple/small orders.
The staff are doing their best but the management needs to hire more of them. They were very understaffed.

This place is typically fine with decent customer service. But, on several occasions that we’ve ordered here they’re just OUT of stuff. 11am on a Sunday and they were out of chicken tenders. Another time I ordered a salad and they took my money, brought me my food to the table and didn’t provide utensils. I went to the counter to ask for some, and they just looked at me and said they were out, like it was no big deal that they let me place a dine in order for food I had no way of eating. Drink machines inside are always out of at least half of the options. And I’ve never seen this place busy, so it’s strange that they have such a hard time being stocked.

I have to give a big shout out to Keith. I walked in with my two boys who wanted the Mr. Beast box and since they are fairly young still, they were going to split the meal. He insisted on giving the boys an additional chocolate bar (since the box only came with one) and also provided them with a few cookies. His kindness was felt by us and we wanted him to know we were grateful! We’ve been back a few times since that interaction, and every time we’re there, Keith’s kindness shines bright. Thank you, Keith!

One couple in the dining room receiving their food as I walked in, I was not greeted, or acknowledged for what seemed like several minutes. Oder the club sandwich which came out rather quickly, but without anything but a piece of chicken and pickles on the bun. Had to ask where the bacon, cheese and toppings were.. they placed a piece of bacon and cold cheese and lettuce on the bun..... No flavor to the sandwich, fries were good, atmosphere and workers really lacking any enthusiasm or hospitality
