They are very slow and customer service is terrible. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. they ran out of traditional wings. TERRIBLE!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!!

When the manager there this place is really hopping, but when she's gone everything goes to crap. I eat there all the time. My wife and I stopped by the other day, went in to eat, and they were all over the place. It took them forever to get the food out, and when it did come out it was not piping hot, like it usually is, so it had been sitting there a while so it had been sitting there a minute. My fries were lukewarm, were soft and not crunchy at all. I'd ask for them to be made with no salt or seasoning so they should have been hot and fresh. We ordered something simple, I always order the six finger plate, and my wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They forgot my slaw, when the lead or young manager looked at it he said they didn't have it on the ticket. My response was isn't it supposed to come with it. Is this something I have to ask for special? It's on the picture.... he replied no I will get you some...We also ordered fried dill pickles and they came out extremely overcooked dry crunchy and hard. I asked for them to be replaced and they weren't much better, not to mention they were extremely salty and tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. I ended up throwing them away because I didn't figure they could do any better and I wasn't going to go through the pain of her trying to get a five-dollar refund... I will never do that again. Although, I have to add everyone was very nice which is why I did give them three stars. Maybe they were just having a bad day.... while I was ordering a couple of people came in saying that they were missing food that they had ordered. The young lady who took our order was on point, although she didn't add the slaw to the ticket, she was trying her best to make sure the orders were correct. Being proactive getting the sauces ready for other orders. Some of the other young ladies I saw are walking around looking Clueless. There was a young guy there who was a lead or an assistant manager or something trying to make everything right. I kind of felt bad for him. It's bad when you have some who care about working, and the others don't give a crap which makes it hard on those who do. Intentional or weaponized incompetence makes it hard on those who actually will work... so sick of seeing this and experiencing it!

As started by another reviewer, if you do Door Dash do no come to this location. I had a double and both orders were so called picked up. How? When clearly I’m the Dasher assigned to the order. They did not care to remake the order or anything. Stay away from here as they made me lose out on $25 for an easy order.

I regret to inform you that this Zaxby’s in midlothian, Virginia on Walmart Way is the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited many of them, from Roanoke, Virginia to Newberry, South Carolina. This one’s the worst. Since I adore Zaxby’s, I got to admit that seeing how awful it was makes me sad. Firstly when I requested more Zax sauce, they were rude, the fries were cold, and the chicken fingers were hardly warm. I had to greet them first because I wasn’t greeted, and when I did, I got weird looks. Not a single employee was smiling. They appaered depressed. One employee said infront of everyone, “I honestly couldn’t care less about this job!” Two employees were playing on their phones.

Quite literally the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. It is an easy location, but they never get the orders correct. On our last order, our salad was missing buffalo sauce, a drink was wrong, and one of the sides we ordered was wrong. And this was after being parked for several minutes because it was ready yet.

I’d like to do a review on the food but I never got any. Walked in and waited over 10 minutes and no one even greeted me. There were people working the drive thru but when I left the same car was still waiting to order so I’m not sure what was going on. What a worthless waste of time. I’ll bet management is wondering why this location is under performing. You guys need to get a grip!

We waited for about 20 minutes and no one came to the register to take our order and there were 2 people behind us as well waiting. One commented on how they only had a 30 minute lunch break and how they would have to leave soon if they didn’t hurry up. We ended up leaving, without food, or any employees talking to us! No one even acknowledged our presence. When we got outside the exact same cars were in the drive through. Only one had left. This was a bad 1st experience. Not sure if I wanna try another local or not but from some of these reviews…I think I’ll be good.

Showed up nobody greeted me. Stood in line with nobody at the register for 12 minutes. My order finally taken. I stood back to let others order. 2 other customers came in and left before I got my food. When I asked where my food was it was just thrown aside. I sat down with my food, got none of the sauce I asked for. No sauce with the cheese cake dipper things and my food was cold. This place honestly needs to be shut down. Not worth coming in to the store. And it's not like they were busy.. there was 1 person dining in and nobody, NOBODY in drive thru and it took them that long to even notice me.. also put your phone away. Pretty nasty to touch that and then ppls food with those gloves on

I had a fantastic experience at Zaxby’s located at 911 Walmart Way, Midlothian, VA. I was especially impressed by Cora’s excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of. Cora went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out.
I highly recommend this location and commend Cora for her outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!
