Zaxby’s did a father-daughter night on 2/19/26. It was amazing! The dining room was decorated, they had games to play and face painting. They waited on us at our table and brought our food to us. When we were done they helped us take a group picture. The food and service were awesome. I hope they do something like this again!!

When the manager there this place is really hopping, but when she's gone everything goes to crap.
I eat there all the time. My wife and I stopped by the other day, went in to eat, and they were all over the place. It took them forever to get the food out, and when it did come out it was not piping hot, like it usually is, so it had been sitting there a while so it had been sitting there a minute. I had a fantastic experience at Zaxby’s located at 911 Walmart Way, Midlothian, VA. I was especially impressed by Cora’s excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of. Cora went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out.
