Went there recently and was very disappointed. Employees were very nice but the food was not great. What I thought was kimchi was raw cabbage and chili and my husband ordered boneless flank steak which turned out to be fatty short rib with bones. The meal was very pricy also.

Very unhappy about the portion size of the Zzaam bowl. I ordered the bulgogi Zzaam bowl tonight and was shocked to see the amount of bulgogi. It was like they “sprinkled” the meat in the bowl. The amount of rice and bulgogi was disproportionate. I wasn’t expecting a heaping amount of meat but this is ridiculous.

While passing through, I stopped for a bite to eat, and Zzaam did NOT disappoint. The portions were well worth the cost, the fried rice was cooked to perfection, and the sides (I had the shrimp egg roll and man doo) were delicious. Pretty quick service, and though quiet and reserved, this may be one of my favorite spots. Anytime I'm passing through here again, this will be my go-to spot to eat. 4/5 for service only because they tend to go into the back and not spend too much time out behind the counter directly. Otherwise, this was near perfect food!

Boba is “okay”. Long wait time due to kiosk ordering that takes 5x as long to order. 1 guy working the best he can but by himself. Hire another employee otherwise it turns people away having to wait so long. Restaurant also needs to be cleaned, dirt caked in corners and smells in places.

Street Ramen is always my favorite here, service is great and I have met the owner on several occasions a few he actually served me. Great guy, very polite and offers great food and service. Highly recommend checking them out. Oh and the honey dew milk tea is awesome!

Maybe the last order of the night tonight and it was great. Was ordered right before close through GH and came fast, packaged great, good serving size, and great flavors. Might be our go-to going forward. Katsu and wings were perfect.

We have literally come here three times this week since discovering this gem! We have tried all different things on the menu, and it's all delicious, and the guy who works there is so fast! My kids absolutely love the milk teas with bubbles. The ramen is the best we've had in the US! Highly recommend.

The rice is spot on, fluffy, well cooked, and a perfect complement to the katsu. Portion sizes are generous, making each plate feel like a full and satisfying meal. The ramen stands out as well, with a rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender toppings that all come together in one incredibly comforting bowl. It is the kind of dish that makes you slow down and savor every spoonful. On top of all that, the Thai tea is absolutely incredible. It is sweet and creamy with just the right amount of spice and depth, making it the perfect way to wash down the meal. It is rich but not overpowering and could honestly be a highlight on its own. Every item is crafted with care, and the quality is consistent from start to finish. If you are looking for a place that nails both flavor and portion size, this spot delivers across the board. It took 30 minutes to get out order- 1 platter, nothing else. It did appear that they were short handed, so I’m being generous with 3 stars. The food was OK, but considering the amount and the cost, I feel it was over priced. A disappointment.

The food and staff here are amazing!! I was having trouble deciding on what I should put on my bowl and the young man doing my order recommended me some things to put on and it was really enjoyable. On the other hand the food was amazing, not authentic but still very enjoyable. The only complaint about this place is how the area where food is made in the front tends to get messy, otherwise I highly recommend to stop by for a quick lunch!
