Bobby made our experience wonderful. He is really gifted in sharing information about the food options and the food was very good. The ambiance is definitely lacking, when you walk in the restaurant doors, you can't help but notice all the clutter stored at the back by the restrooms and we were coming there for Chesterfield's restaurant week.

the closing staff today (3/23/24) was so kind & so sweet. i was running behind picking up my order and let them know. all of the people working tonight reassured me that it was no big deal & not to worry. they were waiting when i got there & handed me my food. greatest customer service, despite me getting there after they closed :( i’ll be back 1000x more! shout out to you guys & thanks again. u deserve all the tips

Usually, we enjoy coming here - many, many times over the years. Love the food, the choices, & the friendly staff. I do not, however, think it’s the store policy to begin one person’s order only to put it aside when another person enters, yet that is what happened today. I watched as the young lady working behind the counter did just that. Odd, & I don’t think the owner would care for it either. Please note, the one star for service refers to one time … normally it is a four/five.

It’s not awful but if you really love ramen , boba , and kimchi…. this place gonna make you mad….. i’m used to something different.
thought the place would be ZAAMM! but after my experience they should just be zam .. all lowercase no punctuation. Food is a bit off flavor if you’re looking for real Korean.

Ordered from door dash so I can't speak about the service or atmosphere but the food was so bad I wouldn't feed it to my neighbors dog.The fried food was way over cooked and the beef fried rice tasted slimy and chewy. I almost threw up.Definitely never getting food from here again.

It was ok at best. The meat had too much salty, the fried shrimp was overdone, the kimchi was as hard as a rock, and the rice tasted old. The portions were small for the price. There was nothing really Korean about the food. But the tea was good.
