My husband and I attempted to call the restaurant four times tonight around 6 pm, only to be greeted with voicemail messages. Despite their advertised hours of operation until 8 pm, I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm to place an order. Upon my arrival, I noticed the girl at the register engaged in idle conversation with two customers seated at a table inside. When I inquired about placing an order, she informed me that she wasn’t making anymore pizzas and the reason my calls went to voicemail is because she was “busy.” Which was laughable considering the lack of activity inside. It is disheartening to see a pizza shop that claims to be open until 8 pm on Sundays yet refuses to take a customers order, an 1.5hr before closing. The discrepancy between their advertised hours and their actual operations is perplexing. This lack of customer service is likely contributing to the low ratings they have received. Coming from a local this is a shame.

Definitely the best grab and go place in the area but needs some improvement. The pizza itself was super delicious, the pepperonis were nice and crispy and the crust had a perfect texture, but it’s a tad too oily. Overall good bang for you buck giving a 16” is $14. Service was also good. The people at the store are super nice and the food came out decently fast for a freshly made pizza. The main thing is the store itself. There was no menu, and we were told to scan a QR code that took us to their online ordering app, which was weird. Other than the menu, the kitchen was plainly in sight and the place was quite unorganized with packages of drinks all around the place, and the place is just kind of run down. But I guess if it’s grab and go the food just needs to be good, which it is. Overall great pizza at a great price, but I would takeout rather than eating in.

I LOVE BIG CHEESE PIZZA!!!! So convenient, cheaper and good quality option that like vitos without having to go to louisa and get pizza hut or something. It's awesome and they have amazing wings! The staff is so friendly, I love going in there!

Best pizza and wings (hot honey) at a reasonable price. We typically get 2 xl pizzas snd 2dz wings from there every couple of weeks and will continue to do so. Grateful that a good pizza is just minutes away.

We had a great experience at Big Cheese Pizza. Shyanne helped us and went out of her way to be extra kind to our six year old, and was very patient while we decided on our order. Our food was done when it was supposed to be and it tasted great. Special shout out to the bread sticks - there were a lot in an order and they were a fan favorite.!
Pizza is average at best. If I really crave pizza I will go for the small pan pizza. They do make a good cheesesteak. Would like to see the quality of the pizza improve.

If I could think of one word to describe this pizza place it would be scam. The reason why they don't let people make orders online and want you to call in is so that they can add on items since this is the only way they can make their sales for the month. The pizza was horrendous at best, the wings were lackluster, and the cinnamon sticks were disgusting. On top of that, this establishment lacks integrity and their customer service is nonexistent. Please save your time and money, avoid Big Cheese Pizza in Louisa, VA.

My group and I placed an order with Big Cheese Pizza this past weekend while out of town, and it was easily the worst pizza experience we've ever had. The initial phone order was taken by a new employee, which wasn't a problem, but things went downhill rapidly from there. Upon pickup, we were surprised to find an unauthorized tip added to our bill. More concerningly, we were charged for 8 pizzas instead of our order of 3, and the types of pizzas were incorrect. When we called to address these errors, we were met with incredibly rude and condescending behavior from the staff and shift manager, including being screamed at and hung up on multiple times. It was a truly frustrating experience. Eventually, the manager grudgingly took our contact information to pass along to the owner, who left a voicemail promising a call back on January 6th. That promised call never came. Big Cheese Pizza failed in every possible way: incorrect orders, unauthorized charges, and appalling customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding Big Cheese Pizza. At the time of this posting, we haven't received that promised call. To add insult to injury, the food itself was terrible—mostly untouched by our group. The awful customer service, incorrect order, overcharging, and poor food quality make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. We are severely disappointed and still awaiting resolution.

The pizza is really good. It's not loaded with grease, crust is done just right. All the pies I've got from here look great, sauce and toppings spread evenly, and cooked just right. I think it's definitely better than the big chain pizza shops.
